Description of Work: Mr. Russotto provided property monitoring services for a continuous period of three months. This service included a comprehensive weekly inspection of the interior and exterior of the property and trouble-shooting when necessary.

+ -1 moreMr. Russotta was very thorough in determining all material needed, including the type of door and woodwork framing the door to match existing woodwork. It was very clear to us that he knew exactly what needed to be done. He ordered the materials and then brought them to our house for installation. He arrived at the time we had scheduled and completed the work the same day. He was very neat and took care to clean up when the job was finished. We were very happy with the result.
Description of Work: Mr. Russotto installed an interior door and frame for the entry to bathroom from our bedroom. The total cost included all materials, time and labor.
