He was particularly adept at picking up where an incompetent contractor had left off. He kept me fully informed with regard to his schedule, arriving when he said he would and made a special effort to help me finish the project in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: Mr. Cordock performed a variety of tasks which demonstrated his versatility in the home improvement field. These services included correction of faulty framing performed by the previous contractor, construction of a custom designed door, installation of five doors, installation of a cedar tongue and groove ceiling, fabrication of custom hardwoods for trim, and installation of a bay window.
