+ -1 moreIf you need a quotation ask for him as he's very, very knowledgeable. I asked *tons* of questions about different burner alternatives and he patiently answered them all. In the end we didn't go with his quotation, but it was a difficult choice. Another vendor's rep was equally good and it was almost a coin toss to decide who to choose! Densmore was punctual, competitive and came with excellent references. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.
Description of Work: I asked Terry at Densmore for a quote to replace an oil-fired boiler and he gave a detailed and competitive quotation.

+ -1 moreOur central AC unit switched on and started making very loud noise. I shut it off and called our regular AC service company (Duncklee) and they said it would be a couple of days before they could come out and look at the unit. We have used Dendmore for many years for oil and oil burner service. I knew they had recently added AC service, so I called them. They arrived in about three hours, dismantled the unit, said they had to order a new part. The next day they returned with the new part (fan blade), installed it, and we were back in operation.

+ -1 moreWe have had problems with our furnace over the years. We have relied on the recommendations of the service members sent and they have always been correct. They have come out in the early hours and in terrible weather conditions. They have been 100% reliable and trustworthy.
Description of Work: We have been with this company for ten years. Their oil prices are competitive. They also service our furnace and perform preventative/maintenance services. Most importantly they always show up in an emergency, no matter the time or weather condition.
