They did a great job, were on time and did what they said they would do as well as sticking to the budget estimate they previously gave.

Two days after the gutter system was installed, a tropical storm rolled through, and it rained heavily. The basement stayed dry as a bone. Needless to say, I was very pleased to have avoided a much more extensive and expensive solution in the basement interior. So far, so good. We will see if the system continues to meet our need for a dry basement. I believe it will serve us well, and if not, we did not invest thousands of dollars.

Dan and his assistant arrived on time as promised. They got right to work; hand cleaning and hosing out all the gutters and resetting any loose nails. There were a couple of pretty good clogs on a couple of the downspouts which required him to disassemble part of the downspout and use an auger. He got the clogs cleared, reassembled and tested to make sure everything was working properly. I had asked him to please be careful around my wife's gardens near the house. He was and did not damage any of the garden or the plants. While he was up on the ladder he even pruned away (at his offer and my OK) a part of a tree that was starting to impinge on the house. As with the rest of the job, he was careful to do the pruning in the correct way. Great job, and I will definitely use him again.

Dan and his associate thoroughly cleaned my gutters and downspouts, spraying off the roof as well so that the material there wouldn't eventually end up back in the gutters. Afterward, he loaded up and hauled away all of the gunk that he removed from the gutters. The work was accomplished quickly and thoroughly.

Dan and assistant spent two hours. Very thorough cleaning-rinsing of gutters. Replaced roof tile for free. Bill even less than estimate. Were careful with satellite radio antenna, very cordial.

For example, he doesn't throw the gunk from the gutters onto the lawn or into the yard. They pick up everything and take it with them for dispoasl. He explained exactly what they would do and how they would do it. No hidden surprises in service or cost. Dan was prompt, professional and did a great job. He takes his business very seriously and it shows in his quality and attentiveness to detail.. I also received a free estimate for gutter guards. He took the time to explain the technology in detail and compared the technology he uses with other types of gutter guards that cost much more money but don't necessarily pay off in the end. I plan to have Dan install the gutter guards in the spring.
