Great service, went above and beyond to make sure the stove arrived in great shape and also made sure not to mar our floors by literally lifting the whole stove and carrying it across the floor, very impressive.

Awesome as usual. Dan and his crew were a little late getting there but he kept in touch and they got right to work and got it done. We had a very tight schedule that weekend getting an apartment ready for a new tenant and they were indispensable in helping us.

We had Dan's Dump Runs remove an old shed, throughly clean the surrounding area in backyard, and install a gravel bed for the new shed we are installing. Dan is a ex-military guy, and it shows - very punctual, meets the quoted price, no surprises while the job is underway, and leaves the worksite spotless. Can't recommend him enough.

Dan and his crew were prompt and courteous and did exactly what they said they would do! They took an additional piece for a few dollars more and some additional odds and ends at no cost. Highly recommended!

Our previous tenants left a large amount of belongings behind in our shed. We first hired Dan to haul that pile of nasty mattresses and debris to the dump. Upon completion of the first haul, we asked if he wouldn't mind giving us a quote for the basement, as the same had happened there. Debris, left behind belongings etc. The whole place was a wreck. He was happy to assist us. They arrived today (5-27-16) and worked hard from around 8am until about 1:30pm. He stopped only once to take a truck load to the dump and came immediately back. His team was kind, and courteous. I didn't hear them curse once while working, which some may not care about but we have 4 young kids at home. There wasn't a lot of chit chat either, I could tell they were there to get a job done and not fool around. Over all a very professional crew. Dan showed me around the finished basement and I was just blown away by the way it looked. I'm not going to say "sparkling clean" because, well, it's a basement. But I certainly felt like I could walk around down there again without fear of tetanus. I'm beyond please with Dan's professionalism, cost, and finished work. I would absolutely hire his team again. They arrived at 6:30 am and worked straight through till the entire job was done. They took load after load to the dump, and also delivered various items to be donated. The crew was cheerful, polite, and worked efficiently together. They swept up all the debris and left us with a clean, empty house. Dan and his crew were punctual and very professional throughout the removal process. They are very organized and have a system for sorting the items into their appropriate categories - garbage, donate, recycle, etc. Once the items were loaded on the truck, Dan provided me with a donation slip for the items being donated. The final bill matched his verbal estimate. While we completed the paperwork, his crew broom-swept the areas. The entire process of finding and communicating with Dan was so simple. The work was completed well within a week of our initial discussion. I will definitely use Dan's Dump Runs again!

Dan and his guys did another awesome job! professional and thorough. I will hire them again in fall to continue clearing out some monster sticker bushes and overgrown weeds.

This was the second time I used Dan and he is moving into the electronic age. How can "dump runs" move into the electronic age? I called Dan and told him what I needed to get done. We tried to find a time in the near future that fit my schedule and when we couldn't, he suggested that I take a couple of pictures and message them to him. I did and he got back to be with a quote within 20 minutes. We settled on a date. As it turned out, I was called away and asked Dan if he could do the work when I was not there. He said he could. Dan's team hauled away my stuff and even swept up leaving the garage nicer than it had been in years. Thanks, again, Dan!

He did a great job. He cleaned the deck so well that I didn't have to sand before I painted it. He's extremely polite and he's very organized. When he says he's going to be there, he's there.

Dan and his team emptied out two garages, two basements and one attic. All areas were very overloaded with old unused furniture, clothing, junk, etc... After removing these items, he and his team vacuumed/swept clean these areas. In addition, they also cleared out the "trash" behind the garage and they also weed whacked the area. Their efforts were greatly appreciated and we are in a better place now that >30 years of stuff has now been cleaned out. Also noteworthy was that Dan and his team maintained a high level of professionalism during the process.

They were efficient and professional. They carefully sorted everything into what could be donated, trashed or recycled (both hazardous and non-hazardous). They even took apart soiled mattresses so that the cloth could be trashed, while the inner metal springs could be recycled. They were very environmentally conscientious and did a fantastic job.

Dan was quick to come give a price quote and within 2 days completed the service. I especially appreciated how thorough he was and how clean the sire was afterwards.

I will definitely be recommending Dan's business to my friends. He responded quickly to my initial contact, came out the next day to give me a quote, and scheduled the clean-up for a week later. When I told Dan everything I wanted done and he gave me his price, I was very pleased. This was a lot of work. The flower beds in front of the house were full of 2-3 inches of small rocks which had created a "low-maintenance" landscape of which I was not at all fond. I'd tried clearing the beds myself, but it was slow, hard work and I couldn't keep it up after I hurt my shoulder. Dan removed all of the rocks and several shrubs that had been in the beds as well. There were also rather large rocks piled in a bed around a tree that I could not even lift which Dan got rid of for me. He also took down and carted away several unhealthy fruit trees and a diseased holly bush, pulled up old two by fours that used to be a flower bed, respectfully trimmed one of my favorite trees away from the house, and cleaned out my garage. The garage was in bad shape. It had some stuff in it left by the previous owners and had been accumulating our trash and odds and ends for several years. Dan and his men pulled everything out of the garage, I sorted through it all and they put everything back after cleaning out the empty garage and carted away the rest. Dan and his guys completed all this work in under six hours. When he was done, he cleaned up the area, raking around the beds and blowing down the driveway and walkways. I am especially pleased that Dan recycles and donates everything possible from what he carts away. It's an added plus to know that everything he took away is being put to good use.

Recently I inherited an attic with 30 years worth of storage that had grown out of control. I'd estimate the job to be removal of about 900 square feet of piled miscellaneous junk with barely a path to walk around. I wanted to save money by doing it myself but it involved moving everything down 3 seperate stairscases as well as winding through the hallways of the house... I called Dan soon after I realized the job was too big for one person. Dan was prompt in returning my call and arranged for a walk through and free estimate just a couple days later. He truly is professional, friendly and polite and gives the impression that the job will be done well. We scheduled the service for a few weeks out and he estimated the job at 2 days work. At the time I casually mentioned how it would be so much easier if all the junk could just run down a chute out the attic window as opposed to carrying it all down. When my service date arrived, Dan and his crew of 2 guys arrived as promised at 6:30 AM. They immediately fashioned a chute made out of old trash cans and affixed them to a ladder reaching to the third story window. They sent what they could down the chute and carried out the rest by hand. This little bit of ingenuity saved them countless trips down the stairs and got them in and out of my house as fast as possible. Dan was always cognizant of particular items that I was looking for in the pile to be saved and he and his crew worked seamlessly through the phases of the project, everyone knew what was going on. The 2 crew members were equally professional and friendly and treated my home and property with the utmost respect. They worked hard for 12 hours on day 1 and were back at 6:30 the next morning to finish. The job was complete at around 2:00 PM the second day and my attic was spotless, swept, and vaccumed. In addition, they were carefull to sweep and vacuum the route through the house that they had used to carry debris out. The driveway and yard below were left just as they found them (if not a little cleaner) and I felt that I got exactly the kind of service I paid for. I will certainly be calling Dan again in the near future for some additional clean-up projects that I have lined up.
