CUSTOM SEAMLESS GUTTERS

After numerous contacts and promises no work was accomplished. Installer came to house and advised us to paint area where work was to be done. Had work done by a friend to cover area that needed painting. Contacted installer and told him we were ready for job to be done. Was told we were in line to do work depending on weather and his availability (had some person issues to take care of). Called numerous time and left number but no attempts made to call us back. I had to initiate all calls. He told us that work would be done by the end of the year. No calls to let us know when work could be done. Called today 1/6/15 and asked when he would do the work, said he didn't know because of the weather and he usually closes up in the winter. Asked where we were in line to do the job and he said we are the next job, but said maybe we should contact installer that a friend of ours works for instead. Mentioned to him that I've called numerous times and he never returned my calls. At that point he said he was done with us and hung up. Originally contacted last Nov 2013, didn't get a response until spring as to when he would do the job. Would not recommend to anyone even though he had the best price. Response to company's response 1/7/14: I do not drink and have not drank for over 6 years. I did not yell at the provider, I tried to have a professional conversation with him and he refused to do so. His response shows the same unprofessional behavior. I understand that this provider has been going through some tough times, but that is not an excuse for his behavior and lack of professionalism.

Work was done well and as proposed.

When I called, he was prompt in returning my phone call and coming to our home to provide an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and the service was done within days of our calling him and telling him that we were ready. He did the work himself ( a big plus!, no subcontractor) and provided a 10 year warranty on workmanship. In general we were very pleased and would gladly recommend David Pasieka to others.

Installation went fine. Dave was flexible in terms of scheduling...we weren't in any hurry so he worked it into his schedule. The downspouts were replacements on an existing gutter system which isn't in the best of shape but he didn't try to hardsell me on a whole new gutter system, which I appreciated. Dave was very easy to work with.

It went very well. David had the job done in two days. Two days of the hottest days of the summer! They look great. He came in a day or two to pick up all the old gutters.

Of three companies called. Custom Gutters responded promptly and also had the lowest price for the job. I chose Custom Gutters for several reasons, not just because of lower price.but also for experience, responsiveness, and ability to do the job right away. It turned out to be a great choice. The job was done promptly and professionally, and it looks great!
