Crooks!!! stay away from John Williams and Brandon O'leary and whichever new name they decide to work under- I hired them to remodel a basement bathroom and the work was a hack they didnt finished, bad craftmanship and they are so coward as to hide after and do not respond. Unfortunately I had hired them to remodel a deck and cancell the job after such a bad experience - he refuses to refund deposit even thou the contract did not contain a cancellation date clause.

For-U-Builders was responsive to all phone calls and punctual on the scheduled day for window replacement work in a master bedroom. To their credit, they painted and finished the original wooden sills and frames so that there was a seamless, fresh look to the project. Their builders and project manager were professional and considerate, and they cleaned up thoroughly. Upon request they immediately sent the paperwork for the tax credit for energy efficiency associated with window replacement. The overall price was excellent, about half of what Pella Windows wanted to charge me for the 5 windows. The windows themselves are attractive and sturdy; though vinyl, they seem substantial and fit surprisingly well with an older home. I was happy that I could have small casement windows on top of stationery ones. My only regret is that this combination of window from Kensington Windows, the company they used, requires thick sashes that somewhat block the view. The thickness of the sashes was not apparent to me in the original computer rendering. They do work with other window companies, however. I would definitely hire For-U Builders for future projects.
