Congratulations to this company for being HONEST even though it did not make them money! I had a termite inspection on my home for sale, which came back as recommending treatment. The sale fell through, but I decided to get the treatment anyway so it was done for the next buyer. EB advised me to wait until I actually had a buyer since the "letter" of treatment is only good for a year. I did wait, luckily, because with the pandemic, it turned out to be over a year before I had a buyer again! It did sell, and they were happy to have the recent treatment. They even hired EB for future treatments for ants/mice or whatever! GREAT COMPANY

The inspector arrived on time and was very thorough, explaining everything as he was going along. He filled out the form on the spot which we could immediately submit to the mortgage company. Another thing I found interesting is that E B Exterminating inspector who arrived to do the work was a licensed inspector and completed the paperwork on-site. One other company I spoke with was going to send someone to view our property, who was then going to submit a report to a licensed inspector sitting back in the main office to prepare the sign the NPMA-33 paperwork, perhaps adding up to 5 days to the process.
