Competent and professional, courteous and careful (Covid protocols), cleaned up and tested correctly functioning before leaving. Able to be flexible on the scope of the work prior, since we had not finalized details, but came properly equipped and understood the electrical needs. My only critique is that the pricing policy was not explained well - apparently just to show up is priced on (2) workers - so 175 for the mgr, 95 for the helper, then the hourly 95 is separate. Anyways, good job, well done.

Shawn was great from the first day he came to estimate th job. He found a major mistake with brand new pool electrical that required the original electrician to remove and replace what was done. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. The work performed by his electrician John was outstanding and extremely fair priced. I couldn’t be happier with the service, communication, and professionalism from Shawn and his team. I highly recommend his company and they will be the only electrician working at my property when something needs to be done.

The worker showed up on time on the first day, was pleasant, and did a good job remembering all of the electrical issues we discussed. But this company should forewarn its customers that they will not purchase any lighting equipment. Not telling me this before they showed up the first time meant they could charge an extra $125 on a separate day to mount the floodlamps I ended up purchasing. The worker noted that one floodlamp in the new package I provided didn't work, and he did return to fix it for free when I purchased a replacement. But only after over two weeks went by with excuses as to why he couldn't make the drive to my town (I believe he didn't want to show up for such a small job). I would have done the fix myself, but this would entail climbing up to the roof line of my house after hauling a heavy ladder out of the garage. As to billing, the hard-to-read carbon triplicate contract that they left me before the job was done was to suffice for a bill. I like to have a more proper paper trail for repairs to the house, and with other workers, contracts are separate from bills. When I didn't respond to the contract in a day, the owner called, making sure I knew he sought immediate payment. I tend to pay my bills on time and not being given the benefit of the doubt gave me a somewhat negative impression of this company. This happened a second time when they claimed the worker "left the second bill on my door." There was no bill, and the owner texted me the total owed. This company should opt for more professional billing practices and somewhat more respectiful communication with customers. I'll be contracting with another company to finish the work that remains.

I found Shawn impressively responsive to my calls and texts as we discussed the job, estimates, and scheduling. I also thought the way he handled my relatively small job was smart: not taking the time to do an estimate in advance, but rather quoting a reasonable hourly rate plus materials. Since I already had an estimate from another electrician that struck me as high (and who would not work on a time-and-materials basis), it was pretty clear that I would end up with a more reasonable total cost if I hired Shawn. Of course, it also helped that Shawn already had excellent reviews on Angie's list. So, I decided to hire AAA, and I was not disappointed. Shawn sent John, whom Shawn assured me was an excellent electrician, and I found John to be professional, easy to discuss things with, and he did a very good job of installing the vent which had to be vented just above a dropped ceiling in an adjoining room and then through the exterior wall. I saw a sign as I was driving to an appointment this afternoon that said "AAA Electricians Quality/Affordable" and that definitely is an accurate description of my experience. I called AAA and spoke with Shawn, the owner. He came out to take a look at the work to be done. He put shoe covers on before he even walked into my house so he wouldn't mess up my floors (wow!!). Shawn took a look at the work to be done, and he told me that for the cost of what the other company quoted, he could do several jobs for me that I wanted to have done anyway. I decided to hire AAA for the work. Shawn and his assistant, John, came to my home on the day of the work. They got right to it, moving the electrical panel and suspending it so my concrete repair guy could get to the wall. They also went through my home room by room and labeled my electrical panel. They added an electrical outlet that I needed installed for a water filtration system. And finally, they tidied up four hanging electrical outlets to bring things up to safety and code. I really cannot say enough about these guys. I'd absolutely recommend AAA Electrical if you have any work you need done in your home.

AAA arrived for both the site survey and the work itself on time. The estimate that Shawn gave us in terms of $ and time were right on. All of the work was executed and completed in an unobtrusive manner. Everything that was done; the interlock, outlets, and wiring all look great, and the work areas were left very clean. Everyone that we dealt with at this business was very professional and courteous! We will definitely use AAA again!

Very well. We were very pleased. They showed up on time and called 1/2 hour before arrival. They were able to trouble shoot my problem (which turned out to be two problems) and come up with a solution. They were able to fix my problem on the spot without coming back another day. They were very careful not to drag dirt into my house. The service tech even wore covers on his boots! I used AAA electricians for a spare room renovation and a generator hookup for my house in the past. We will definitely use them again.

Shawn gave me great advise they were in and out in a day. The price was very fair. They didn't leave any dirt or debris behind, everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. The thing I was most satisfied with was that he gave me good advice on what I needed, I had a different job for him initially (which he completed) after speaking with him about some other concerns he recommended I upgrade the power, which I would say was great advice for getting my house updated.

Shawn promptly called me back within 30 minutes. He was able to come by that afternoon to assess the requested job. He was well mannered, professional, great with my 3 dogs and on time. He was honest that the requested work would not be as inexpensive as you might think since the ovens were wired on the same line, which would need to be separated to switch them separately, as well as the voltage that would go to the ovens would need to be stepped down to go to the switches and then stepped back up to power the ovens. We discussed a potential price and with the full explanation of the work I agreed for him to estimate the job. He called the following morning with the estimate, which was acceptable to me. He coordinated with our work schedules to come back the following week to do the work. On the morning he was to arrive, he called to give us a heads up they were on their way - a nice courtesy. They arrived about 10 minutes later - on time. His apprentice, John, was also on site - a nice young man who was also very competent and courteous. I was impressed that this local contractor had hired a local apprentice. I loved his attitude of you need to help the local young folks get started. The job was done completely to my expectations and under budget. They cleaned up after the installation and fully explained the installation to my daughter who was home to oversee the work and pay them. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

The experience was okay. I like their promptness. They were able to come out within 3-4 business days. They were able to accomplish the job within half a day. When the work was done, it looked very professional and good. The guy who came out was a nice guy. He gave me a good price, so I have no complaints about the price. The inspection was passed by the town yesterday, so he did a good job. If need arises, I will use them again.

Shawn was great to work with. Not only did he show up on time when he came to look at the job initially, he showed up exactly when he promised on the day the work was scheduled. He answered all of my questions and we will be using him again with additional projects at the house. He was able to fit us into his scedule within a reasonable amount of time, less than 10 days. He completed the work the same day for the agreed upon price. He got the necessary permits and of course provided me with a detailed receipt. He left no mess and I was very pleased with everything. I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to family and friends.
