American Seal Coating

Work done after weather permitted.

I called Jeff for an estimate for my driveway, he showed up and said he had a great special going on for seal coating. The other two contractors bid $350 on my driveway and Jeff said he would do it for $200. I was so happy because he told me how everybody else is trying to drive the prices up but he wasn't like that. Well needless to say I should of did my homework before I let him do the job. My 20 year old daughter came home and saw him and his employee doing drugs in there truck, if that wasn't bad enough I also had sealer on my garage door. Do Not Hire This Guy!!!!!

We had American Seal Coating Fixed 2 cracks and seal our driveway. We couldn?t have picked a better Company. Jeff was on time to give us the estimate and to do the work. They swept the driveway, trimmed the grass around the driveway, fixed the cracks and sprayed on seal coating. They left the area neat and clean. The work exceeded our expectations, our driveway looks like new and we would highly recommend American Seal Coating.

The owner returned our initial call promptly and completed an estimate within a few days. The price was very competitive. The job was scheduled for a specific date approximately 2 weeks away. The job was done on the date promised and we are very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend to others and use again in the future.

Jeff was great about communication and was persistent about call backs (my schedule was particularly hectic that week). He was early for the estimate appointment but left a detailed estimate and information about the product he would use. He answered all of my questions and did the work on the day scheduled and was very careful with the edge between my driveway and the slate front walk. Left the job site clean and everything looks great! Would definitely use again.

We have a fairly large driveway. Jeff provided a proposal that was well within my expectations. It is not possible for us to park our two cars on the street, so Jeff did the sealing over two days and parking our cars was not an issue. He was very accommodating.

This was around the second or third time I have had him seal the driveway. With my usage the sealing lasts ~3-4 years which I consider to be excellent. He has done consistently good work along with fair prices over the years. This is the first year I have asked for cracks to be filled. The owner had the perfect solution to my needs and did an excellent job! Could definitely tell he was careful and took the time needed to have it done right.

Very professional and responsive. Very pleased with the work done. My driveway is quite long and has a turnaround area and the cost to seal was reasonable.

He did an excellent job. The driveway looks like new. He went the extra mile.and made sure all areas of the driveway were filled before sealing it. He spent over 3 hours completing the job.

Perfect. The owner was out promptly to give a quote. The quote was professionally presented and was a fair price. Once we agreed to the quote we scheduled it for the upcoming Saturday morning. On Saturday morning it was raining quite hard, so the owner promptly called us and told us that it couldn't be done and why and rescheduled for the following Monday. On Monday, the team came out promptly and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased.

My concern was that small cracks which could almost be called and quot;cracklingand quot; were not filled. This seems to relate to the thiness of the material used for the coating. A spray on product, which this was, provides a much thinner coat that the bucket and broom method. The spray method will not last as long and have to be repeated sooner.

Only 1 of 4 vendors that I called that came out the next day and provided a written estimate and information on the Tarconite sealer. Arrived early, on agreed to day to support our schedule, assisted in removal of items on driveway, did the cleaning, applied sealer, put up barrier and advertisement sign for 24 hour drying period.

When the men came to do the resurfacing, they found that the original installers had neglected to prepare to driveway properly for installation. They were able to go ahead with the new tarring and were able to correct some of the problems from the other guys and we are happy with their work. The driveway looks very nice, but the underlying problem, which was not their fault remains.
