Dave responded to our call the same day and was punctual and very professional when he came out to give us an estimate and again when he returned with a contract for us. It took 6 weeks for the windows just as he had said it might take as they were very busy. The installer, Jim, was also very pleasant, punctual and professional. I would use them again and would highly recommend the company.

The actual installation was quite uneventful. There were a couple of discrepencies in what we reuqested for finish details and his notes, but nothing serious. The fence looks beautiful. After a year it is in pretty good shape - we'll see what time will tell.

We've used Alltime several times over the years, this is the latest time. Great local established firm, courteous, prompt, prices aren't cut rate but are reasonable for the quality stock. Great experience overall.

It took about 3 weeks from placing the order to installation because the door had to be ordered, which is understandable. The installers showed up on time and went right to work. The old door came out pretty easy. It was determined that a threshold plate was needed and the supervisor went and got that while the two installers readied the opening. It was not long before the supervisor returned and the installers finished the installation. The job was completed with no damage to the molding that had to be removed. The sliding door and screen door was adjusted for ease of operation. The installers, a father and son team, were both professional and friendly the job was completed quickly and all trash was removed.

I thought the price was reasonable. I like the windows they put ad we're going to use them again to do the exteriors. I like them and I would recommend them highly.

All time was a little back logged when i purchased the windows so it took a month longer to wait to have them installed.........thatrs a good sign a local company backed up with business. The work performed went well no damage to surrounding vinyl ect and the "style" they replaced from the original looked good......................... i would recommend this company

They were excellent. The price was much better, than the other people. They did some custom stuff and gave me personal attention. One of the owners was here, who inspected afterwards and measured everything. I had sliders done, which had to have my a/c fit and they customed that, too. I will use them again in future.
