They were very good. I haven't had any issues. They were very responsive. Scheduling was easy.

They send their guys out to clean our pool on Friday and begin looking into the leaks. They don't fix all the leaks and leave the pool in a state where the filter cannot be used at all (spewing water everywhere when turned on). The pool was not completely cleaned and while they were here they broke a railing and two solar lights. They were also very unprofessional and rude. They were supposed to come back the next day and never showed up. When you call them you sometimes get a rude guy, sometimes get an answering machine, and sometimes get an answering machine that doesn't even let you leave a message. I finally get in touch with someone on Sunday (a day after they were supposed to come back) and they said they would come on Tuesday (3 days after schedule) and that they would be there at noon. I call them at 12:30 today asking where they are and they said, "He is stuck at a job and you are next on the list". I was frustrated at this point and it should have been obvious to them. I said, "This is getting ridiculous, my pool is still leaking and is unusable right now, what am I supposed to do?". They simply reply, "I don't know what to tell you". Completely rude and unprofessional people. DO NOT HIRE THEM! They deserve to go out of business.

They were convenient and the quality of work was good. The people seemed to know what they were doing. However, they were not as inexpensive as some other companies and they were not that responsive.

This pool company helped be out in that he cleaned the pool. He promised to come back in two days and finish the job. I asked if I could be on his weekly list for cleaning. He said he could come every week. He was very nice ,however, I never heard from him again. If it weren't for Angies list I would have canceled the pool company that is now cleaning the pool.
