The quality of the windows can't be beat. We are very satisfied with the windows and doors. The installers did a great job. The salesperson however was non respononsive and took no interest in the job after payment. I counted on him to make sure that what ever was needed from Pella for the permit in my town would be done and becuase of his lack of follow up the job was delayed. He didn't show up once during installation and the project manager never came either. I would certainly buy Pella again, but look for another slaes person.

They were professional and he got back with me right away and sent me the quote within a few days. The only reason I didn't use them is because the company I did go with had a payment plan.

Service/ estimate and installers all great folks - on time for appointments. Installers extremely neat and clean. However, the door, an appointment for each of these issues: The blinds had to be fixed. The hardware did not match. The locking mechanism busted fingers. Truly believe the item may be a lemon. I am told everything needs to break in. I can recommend the windows, but they are more costly than Anderson. As for a high end door - I seriously doubt I am purchasing from Pella again.

Excellent. They were good on price, installed as promised and the installers were top notch.

They did a very good job. They have to come back and exchange one that had a scratch, but they have been very helpful. Installation went great. The whole experience was good.

My experience with them so far has been good. I think their pricing is fair. I would recommend them to others and we are going to be using them in the future.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the product that we purchased. Pella did a good job measuring for the windows and they were also easy to work with. They were very responsive to what we were wanting with the different shape of the windows.

In April of 2007 we went to a local Pella store to see a sample of their doors, and to get an idea of the cost, the inexperience of the salesman almost killed the deal. I was told a salesman would come to the house and give me a price and do all the measurements. We kept telling him we wanted exactly what we had. He said fine, took all the measurements and gave us a price. He told us someone else will come and re-measure to make sure and give me a date. Another person came and measured and gave us a May date. Again, we specified a direct replacement of what we had. The doors came in May and the next day installers came. We could only see parts of the door as it was crated, and did not look like what we expected. I tried to call the original salesman but got no return call. The installers said the could not mount the doors because they were larger than expected. After many calls the said they would be back next week, which they did and a lot of work had to be done.

Project was not initiated due to lack of response.

The serviceman was excellent. The window he installed looked great. The only problem I had with them was after they put the window in as they called me again to ask when we wanted to schedule to get our window put in. Well, it was already in. I couldn't believe that but I guess everyone has bad days. I wouldn't hold that against them because there workmanship is really very good.

I THINK THIS COMPANY WAS TERRIFIC. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT WAS A REPLACEMENT FOR A DAMAGED PRODUCT AND THEY STILL MADE ME PAY FOR IT WHEN I SHOULDN'T OF HAD TO. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD, THOUGH.

THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS GOOD. THE WORKERS WERE VERY GOOD TO ME. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND WOULD USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THE VERY FIRST QUESTION I ASKED WAS, "WHERE ARE THE WINDOWS MADE?". WHEN THEY IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME THEY WERE MADE IN THE USA, I KNEW THIS WAS THE PLACE TO GO. THINGS TURNED OUT GREAT AND THE WINDOWS ARE WONDERFUL. THEY LEFT MY HOME NEAT AND CLEAN.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF THE DOORS IS EXCELLENT. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE RELIABLE. IT WAS GOOD QUALITY WORK FROM NICE PEOPLE.

I LOVE THE VIEW WITH ALL OF THE WINDOWS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. THE NEW WINDOWS WORK SMOOTHLY AND ARE A DREAM TO CLEAN. THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR THEM.

THE WINDOWS ARE TOP QUALITY. WORKERS DID A SKILLED JOB ON INSTALLATION OF THE WINDOWS AND DOOR. THE NEW FRONT DOOR IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE HOMES APPEARANCE IS UPDATED.

I AM GLAD THAT I CHOSE TO GO WITH PELLA WINDOW AND DOOR. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY WERE FINISHED IN ONLY TWO DAYS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

PELLA DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON EVERYTHING THEY DID FOR ME. MY WINDOWS FIT PERFECTLY AND AIR DOES NOT COME IN FROM THE WINDOWS OR DOORS AT ALL. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, AND POLITE. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE THREE DAYS TO COMPLETE THIS JOB AND IT WAS DONE. MY WINDOWS LOOK EXTRAORDINARY.
