They did an excellent job and I was very pleased with them! They did excellent work and were on time. They were very neat with their work. They cleaned up well after themselves.

We are very satisfied with them. We like their products and the installation. The work took about 5 days to complete with a crew of 4 people. Their was also a salesmen on site and a project manager. He looked over the work once it was finished.

They did an excellent job. The salesman came to measure it out for us. Every time they said they were going to do something, they did it. The crew was great to work with even in the cold.

The factory sent the wrong style replacement door. This vendor politely took back the door, which had been already custom-painted, at no charge and helped us find an equivalent door from the catalog. They are installing the replacement door in two weeks. I cannot say how much we appreciated their professionalism and helpfulness.

Windows and Sliding patio door. Highest degree of professionalism. Extremely courteous and punctual. Craftsmanship was extraordinary. Delivery was prompt too.

I didn't like them at all. I had a problem with the windows. The cold was coming in the sliding glass doors and they were supposed to come here and never showed. Then they called me and told me they couldn't come. Then they tried to charge me when it was supposed to be guaranteed. I paid them. I was very mad. I called the bank and put a hold on the check. I got a hold of the guy at Pella and said I am not paying, this should have been done months ago. He said that he was going to take care of it. The responsive was terrible. They kept rescheduling and cancelling.

This project took about a half year to complete. Several of the windows were incorrect when they arrived: one wasn't energy-star compliant, and several had the wrong number of pane dividers. So they had to install them and then wait for new windows to arrive to reinstall them. Several of the windows were supplied wrong the second time too and had to be replaced again!. At the first installation, the foreman installed the first two windows incorrectly: no seal on the bottom, and the windows were visibly unsquare and mis-aligned. We called the office, and the project mgr came out and acknowleged the problem. He had a long talk with the foreman, and then he had them take out the windows and install them the right way. Seems to us they didn't train this foreman sufficiently - he shouldn't have been sent out on this job. After installation we noticed defects in some of the windows: faulty gaskets, difficult to close latches, etc. Each time they sent someone out and acknowledged the problem and sent for replacements, so we can't complain about their responsiveness - they always came when they said they would, and tried hard to satisfy us. They ended up replacing about half of the windows and sending people out here mora than a dozen times, so we figure they couldn't have made much money on our job. Now that the job's finished, we think the windows are good but not great. We now think the Impervia line is a middle-grade line: They look good, much better than vinyl, but they don't feel as solid as wood, and we don't think they seal as well as some other windows. But they did cost thousands less than wood windows, and they seem much better quality than vinyl, so I guess we got what we paid for. As for Pella, we think their quality control is terrible (they had to make several of the windows 3 times before they got it right!), and it was a real nuisance to have to have them come more than a dozen times to make good on this job. But each time they offered no resistance to taking care of the problems, so we feel that they are responsive and back up their work, and that's why we said we would use them again.

We are bitterly disappointed. Pella's philosophy seems to be: Mislead the customer. Say ANYTHING to get money. We paid for a window, only to find Pella doesn't even MAKE that window. The salesman misled us. We are stuck with a window we do not want, and out our $1,500 deposit. Details: I specifically told the salesman that we did NOT want the green tinted windows. We wanted plain, CLEAR GLASS. I don't like green windows because they cut light. I was shocked to see that the windows installed were tinted green. The installers insisted the green was the reflection from the tree leaves. Then were told this is the only kinds of glass that Pella makes. Pella glass looks more like shiny plastic. From outside, the reflection from these tinted windows change hue as the day changes. They do not look good, and do not match our plain glass windows. Problem 2, we asked for TRANSPARENT SCREENS. Pella screens are transparent from inside looking out, but from the outside, can go opaque at certain times of the day. Our salesman should have told us this. Problem 3, when we removed the screen, there is an ugly white edge around the brown window frame., Problem 4 When Pella installed the windows, they did not measure to see if they would even fit through the narrow stairway. Only after trial and error, and scraping up our walls, did they realize the stairway was TOO NARROW for the windows to get through. So they threw up a ladder in front of our house. I was not around, but would never have allowed this because we have vintage tiles on the porch roof that break easily. It doesn't look like anything was damaged, but the correct way was to use scaffolding. Another fun fact: The salesman said that Pella installers wear booties when they go into a house. This is not the case. After installation, I stopped the check on the final payment. I have never done this, and do not like doing this. After about a year of agony, and Pella bugging us for the final payment, Pella finally said they would exchange the green windows, and give us clear windows. But the clear windows they brought did not have wooden grids, which is what we paid for. The installer was VERY sweet, and embarrassed. He resubmitted the order, and we set another installation date. On the next installation date, ONCE AGAIN, the windows were not the correct windows. The grids were the flat, cheap kind under glass. The installer was clearly embarrassed, and called Pella. This is when we finally learned that Pella does not make quality gridded windows with clear glass. Pella said, either keep the windows we have or install the cheap looking windows. I am kicking myself for not going with Marvin Windows. We had problems with Marvin, but nothing like this. Marvin Windows cost more, but they do look a lot better. Forgot to mention, the Pellas have minor dings, probably from installation. I also want to add that the telephone reps from Pella were very professional and even sympathetic. Looks like a company in need of a management overhaul.

They installed a storm door. When it became loose, I called and was told that Pella was not responsible and that I should call the company-they recommended-to look at it. I don't feel that they backed up their own product.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Excellent results.

I used a home center to get this project done. I must say all went well. The Lowes Home center used an excellent installer.

They replaced the old windows in my house with new Pella double hung windows

They were supposed to be at my house at 8am on December 13th, but kept calling throughout the day saying they would be late. they finally rescheduled for Sunday December 22nd. They arrived that Sunday morning on time, and fully installed the windows, even though it started to rain. The installation was first rate, but points taken away for having to reschedule when I originally took the day off from work for their installation on a weekday.

I would hire this company for a future job.

They measured many times and sent their top crew who did a great job even after they had to replace the trim which was a surprise to all (which shouldn't have been to them) but they split that cost with us and all trim interior and exterior were so we'll done you would never know we had a change. They were professional and skilled. Windows are great.

I did not do any work with them but the experience was fine. Their price seemed high and I might consider using them again in the future.

Well I paid $14,000 dollars for from Pella new windows in my home and got junk.The installers were a bunch of idiots from Hopewell Jct N.Y His name was Kevin Mcarthy they did not install my windows correctly and the factory did not build the windows correctly.I had another window company and they said the windows were not built correctly or installed correctly.Please I urge you not to buy Pella windows.When the Pella windows arrived to my home they looked like used windows.We had a woman come to measure for the windows and we found out the were measured incorrectly.The woman's name was Linda Smith also from Hopewell Jct.New York.I recommend you buy Anderson windows.

I HIRED THEM FOR PART 2 OF A 3 PART JOB, THERE HAVE BEEN PERSONNEL CHANGES SINCE I ORIGINALLY MET WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE AND PLANNED THE JOBS. I DECIDED NOT TO COMPLETE PART 3, BECAUSE AFTER 2 MONTHS, 6 HOME VISITS, AND MANY, MANY PHONE CALLS, I WAS LEFT WITH CROOKED WINDOWS WITH INCOMPLETE WEATHER SEALING AND A DIRTY JOB SITE. IN THE END, IT TOOK A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT TO EVEN GET THEM TO RE-VISIT THE JOB SITE, AT WHICH POINT THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THEY HAD INSTALLED THE WINDOWS CROOKEDLY. 3 WEEKS LATER THEY STRAIGHTENED THEM. 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT THEY PUT IN SOME OF INSULATION. I EVENTUALLY PUT IN THE REST. THEY NEVER, NOT ONCE CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THIS WAS AFTER MANY CONVERSATIONS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES AT THE COMPANY, INCLUDING THE SITE MANAGER, WHO HIMSELF VISITED MY HOME AND ACKNOWLEDGED THEY HAD DONE A POOR JOB, BUT WAS INCAPABLE OF GETTING HIS WORKERS TO FIX IT. HE WAS A NICE MAN, BUT CLEARLY THIS BUSINESS IS UNABLE TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON ITS PROMISED PRODUCT (THEY WERE MORE INTERESTED IN CONSIDERING MY JOB COMPLETE AND MOVING ON TO THE NEXT ONE). THOUGH THE WINDOWS THEMSELVES HAVE BEEN FINE, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PELLA TO ANYONE, FOR ANY JOB, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

They replaced the windows without replacing the inside moldings. I complained to the company and they did not come back until I ordered more windows. The sales department was great in selling their product, however, the installers do not work for Pella directly and are only contracted for each job. It all depends on the installers you get because the second set of windows the installer replaced everything correctly(different installer). Customer service department is poor. They made me feel like they were too big of a company that doesn't care about the satisfaction of one customer. The window is well built, however, for the price, they are not worth it. My windows were $2,000 each top of the Pella Line. There should not have been any problems.

They answered a lot of questions from a new customer. The price was costly but the service was good.

The service was good and they showed up on time. I have a contract so the repairs were at no additional costs. However, the price was expensive and I was not impressed with the two men they sent to do the work.

The service was good. They were punctual,, did a good job, and they left the place clean. They were extremely courteous. The first phase of the project they came with three men and the second time they came with two and later in the day a third man came to help complete the job.

The service was good. They were prompt and started on the scheduled date and time. The people who installed the windows were professional, courteous, and timely. They cleaned up well and took away all the trash. The salesman was very professional with his presentation. I do have a small issue with a window but I have yet to contact them about it.

The sales people and the Pella people are very thorough. They very conscientious, follow up well, and they are very responsive. I was pleased with the service.
