+ -1 morehe was awesome as well.Everything went well. They were patient with us as we struggled to get the "right" look. There was never any pressure, just helpful advice. Once we were ready to order she recommended an installer, and he was awesome as well. Some of the grades I gave aren't "A", but that's because we weren't shopping on price, so I can't comment. We needed help and we got it. When we re-do the tile entry in a year or two we'll be back.
Description of Work: We ordered tile for a kitchen backsplash. They don't install, but they did recommend someone.

+ -1 moreWe selected tile with inserts and a decorative bottom. It took me weeks to pick it out and Joy was just lovely. At first I thought I had my tile picked out. But them when I got it I hated it. Just took it back. And we started again. No pressure, just help in finding what I wanted. I was there for weeks, taking home tile and bringing it back. No pressure. So if you have an idea, or a picture, or a color, or even just a piece of tile they can build a room around it. You can go back in a week, a month, or a year and find Joy just as friendly as ever. Once you see this little gem on rt 25 you will be back for all of your projects.
Description of Work: We bought our backsplash tile and our grout from this company when we redid our kitchen. They are a little store and not very fancy looking.As a matter of fact you might drive right by it. A little house with all sorts of tile laying on the lawn. However, once inside they have everything. All of the best ceramic tile, porcelain, marble etc. Plus they have a wealth of decorative tiles and all of the latest materials used today. Every trim you can imagine. They also have high quality flooring, including ceramic tile that looks like wood. If you can speak to Joy she will help you without being pushy. I have to tell you, for a little store, they are a treasure chest. They do not have rooms complete, or walls complete, or big displays. But what they do have are stacks and stacks of the best stuff you will ever see, no matter what high end store you go into.
