How do companies stay in business if they do not have the common courtesy to respond? Why pay for advertising if they do not want new business?

Joe gave what I thought was a fair quote to clean up my approx. 1 acre yard. His crew cleaned up all of the sticks (and there were a lot), raked the rest of the leaves on the ground and trimmed the bushes/trees. The yard looks fantastic now!!! I think it took them longer to complete the clean-up than originally anticipated, but Joe honored his estimate and didn't charge me more. I will be using Joe for future jobs and lawn mowing this summer!

Excellent. Joe responded to my request for an estimate. He visited my property and provided a reasonable price. I have a large yard and a lot of trees. I agreed with the estimate and we scheduled a time for him and his crew to clean up my leaves.

Joe and his crew do a great job mowing my 2-acre lawn. They are speedy and always clean-up afterwards. Honestly, I wouldn’t be able to tell that they were there except for a shorter lawn and smell of freshly cut grass. He is always great about communicating if he won’t be able to make it (weather conditions) and is only just a quick text away if I have a question. And very responsive, too! Will certainly be engaging Joe and his company for other services during the year: fall clean-up and snow plowing.

I needed a company to take over cutting and maintaining my large property as it was too much to handle. I read several reviews and finally found Four Seasons Landscaping. Joe was super responsive when I reached out for service and kept me updated on scheduling of job based on weather etc. he and his crew arrived at 815am on a Sunday since Monday was to be torrential downpours. They worked straight through until 5pm and did a spectacular job. They would not even rest when we offered a bathroom and drinks! Quality work and we could not be happier. Highly recommend!

We happened upon Joe and his company via a basic Google search and were instantly pleased that we did. Last fall we needed an asap fall clean-up to reduce the tick habitat and Joe and his crew fit us in quickly and did a very thorough job on our large property. Recently we were blocked in by a large fallen tree across our driveway and after an overnight of plowing made it to our house to work on removing the tree. Joe is responsive, easy to get a hold of and his work with us to date has been excellent. Our project costs have been fair too.

Working with Joe was great! Our lawn mower was out of commission, so we needed the lawn mown for a one-time situation. Joe responded to my call the same day, and two days later, for a very reasonable price, my front and back lawn were both taken care of. I would definitely recommend Joe for any yard work that needs to be done...I plan on calling him again soon to do some more work on my property.

I have had negative experiences with landscapers in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised with this company. Joe and his assistant were amazing. I got an appointment in a timely fashion. They handled everything I asked for in one day but took the time to do things properly. They were meticulous about making the property look wonderful, removed all the clippings/weeds and couldn't have been more polite, cooperative and willing to fulfill my needs. The cost was more than fair for the work they did. I intend to have them continue to maintain my grounds and recommend them highly. FYI - There are a number of landscapers with similar names. I couldn't believe he got this all done in one day! He showed up when he said he would and got right to work. He was also personally involved in the work (something you don't often see). I liked that. It spoke volumes about the kind of guy I hired. He and his team did a great job and my wife and I were very happy with the end result. He even delivered a bit more mulch for me the other day for just the cost of the mulch! Joe is a hard working, nice guy and comes at a fair price. You don't often get that combination in Westport!

We contacted Joe for spring cleanup of our 3 acre property, a big job since there was no fall cleanup - lots and lots of leaves and large limbs from the winter! His quote was extremely fair and the best we found. Once hired, Joe kept us posted on his schedule and started the job when we needed him to. They were very thorough -went well beyond the initial plans for cleanup without any additional charge - and did a wonderful job with the mulching and shrub trimming. Since we were happy with the services provided, we also hired them for gutter cleanup and our weekly lawn service. I just need my lawn mowed weekly, or at least regularly, it's not complicated. This season he showed up weeks after lawns were being mowed, and by then mine was incredibly overgrown. This was after repeated requests that he please come. The following week he again didn't show. When I again messaged him asking when he was coming, he again explained that he was just very busy. Thankfully, he eventually came. However by then my lawn was unmanageably long. When he completed the second mow, he texted me explaining that he had to bag the lawn cuttings this time, and if he ever had to bag the lawn cuttings again he will charge me. The reason though that he had to bag the lawn cuttings was because he was almost two weeks late on cutting the lawn. I switched lawn people because I hire someone to cut my lawn so I don't have to stress about my lawn. Chasing the guy down is not a fun way to spend my time.

He provided a fair price, great service, and stand-out communication. During one storm he even caught my grandfather trying to shovel his front steps and told him kindly to go back inside and warm up and that he'd take care of it. Top notch business owner!

Joe Calvo did a wonderful job! I didn't find him until after we had significant snow today! He was so pleasant on the phone and gave me an approximate time when he would arrive - and he was here at that time! He cleared the drive nicely on the first visit during the snow storm and returned after the snow stopped to clear the drive, again. He also sanded the area of the drive that is most difficult to navigate. His price was very fair and reasonable. The service was the best! I am not showing my price, as each driveway is different! Joe is thoroughly professional in his attitude and work: I am more than happy to score his service with the highest marks.

They did a terrific job! It required digging, leveling, laying paver base, sand, pavers and river rock. The work was well done, Joe and his crew are very friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and I am very pleased with the results.

Very well done. Joe came out the day I called to give me an estimate (mind you he had just gotten back from vacation). Estimatecame the next day. I hired him to do the job. He aerated my lawn and reseeded areas in the lawn that had died and overseeded the rest. Joe scheduled the date for him to come out, he delivered and got the job done in less than a day. Joe also follwed up afterwards to see how it was coming and to give more instructions on how to keep the lawn growing. Absolute pleasure to work with and will use Joe again in the future. Thanks!
