+ -1 moreVery well. This was not a big job, but Pete treated it like it was. He was very understanding. His son, Zach, came to do the work and was very punctual, polite and friendly. If and when I need more blinds/shades done, I would use Pete’s firm in a heartbeat. It all comes down to customer service and they get an A+ in that department!
Description of Work: Owner Pete Pirelli sent a company employee to do the work I described to him; hanging a large Roman shade in our kitchen (& taking down the old bamboo shade).

+ -1 moreExcellent. Pete, from Budget Blinds in Monroe, CT was professional but also very friendly. He delivered and installed the blinds within three weeks as he originally stated. The price of about 300 dollars was very reasonable considering the size and that he installed them as well. I was very happy with the quality of the blinds. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I needed a very wide blind for my kitchen.

He is efficient, knowledgable, and willing to go the extra mile to insure that I was completely satisified with the results. I highly recommend Peter of Budget Blinds to everyone needing his services. My blinds were installed 11 years ago by another company. When I called them for service, I was shocked by what they charged for a home visit. Peter was VERY reasonable for the first visit, and refused payment for the return visit. Thank You Peter.

+ -1 moreIt was great working with Pete and getting the personal touch of someone local who cares about a job well done. After making an appt Pete came with all kinds of samples and options to choose from. He ran us through what options work for the fit of our window and what we were looking to get out of it. As we reviewed samples he would also help us to understand our low, medium, and high price point options. It took 3 weeks plus a couples days for the unit to come in and once it did he was here right away to install it within minutes. After installing he even showed us how to use the shade and make sure that we were comfortable with it. I will certainly reach out for any future needs!
