I have found my forever electricians (at least while I live in the New Haven area)! From start to finish my experience with Power Forward was an absolute pleasure. Company owner, Ian, was responsive, punctual, and incredibly informative when it came to walking me through the details of the scope of work I was requesting, and was thoroughly transparent and fairly priced when it came to his estimate. Once we accepted the quote, scheduling with Morgan was easy and efficient, and Chris arrived onsite within a day of me accepting the estimate. Chris was a consummate professional, a super clean worker when it came to caring for our house and the cleanliness of his cable paths, and was truly dedicated to doing the job â the right wayâ not just the easy and cheap way. He took his time and planned his cable runs and circuiting carefully to ensure both minimal cutting into our walls and convenient receptacle placement. Once he was finished, he took care to clean every area heâ d worked in and probably left some of the rooms cleaner than when he arrived! I would recommend Ian and Power Forward to anyone who appreciates work that is done with care, safe, and efficient. I think you get what you pay for when it comes to hiring trade professionals, and electricity is not something you want to cut corners with: hire Ian and his team, and have it done right and safe the first time.

I cannot sing the praises of Ian and Power Forward enough! He is outstanding. The jobs he did for me were fixing a switch panel that was overheating, installing a new light fixture. replacing light bulbs on outdoor lights that are high up and installing timers for those outdoor lights. He showed up on time. He called to say he was on his way. He works very efficiently and is very clean. He was very respectful wearing a mask and wearing shoe covers. I called him back for an issue a month later that had nothing to do with what he did prior. It was a Saturday and he came right out for the issue. I was so surprised he was available on a Saturday. I will continue to use him for all my electrical needs and my family and friends will also be using him. He's fantastic!

Punctual, brought the tools needed on his first trip in the house. A bit pricey, but the craftsmanship was worth the agreed price.

Ian answered the phone call right away. He was responsive, prompt and very courteous. He got to the house in 20 mins and resolved the issue in one hour. He knew what to do and very professional. I will be working with him with other electrical work that I need to do.

Our Electrician was professional and courteous. Lots of homeowners who pay other people (on the side) to do jobs are not aware of the licensed professional costs and the value of having professional take care of your home needs. We only like those type of situations when we know that the person has some type of license or experience.

Ian was able to schedule me within 24 hrs of contact. Corrected my wiring problem and installed new fixture efficiently, even fixed a noise problem with unit (range hood) Answered my many questions thoroughly. Being new to area it was a great find Would definitely recommend.

He got in and out. He explained everything. He was flexible with my schedule.
