Stephenson is everything you could possibly want in a plumber. He was quick to respond and arrive, and thoroughly explained next steps. We had a major job that left us unable to live in our home. He came by as soon as possible, and got right to work. He walked us through the process, consistently updating us and explaining the expenses. Stephenson has performed excellent work in our older home, which includes repairing leaks, updating hardware for our kitchen sink, mudroom sink, bathroom basin, and tub/shower; replacing pipes in our shower; switching out a radiator for a baseboard heater, replaced boiler valve/pipes, just to name a few.
