+ -1 moreHe is fantastic. He gave us a referral for someone to do an electrical work in our house yesterday. It was more expensive because it was a big job. He is incredibly thorough, which I really appreciate. He took his time to make sure everything is completely leveled. He did a very meticulous work. I was very pleased with the way how things turned out. He is wonderful. I have been in touch with him for other works. I am in touch with him for some electrical work. I want to use someone whom he has used or known to him. I emailed him and he responded back within 2 hours.
Description of Work: Richard Parker Construction LLC helped me redo a bathroom, redid the plumbing, re-framed the walls and installed a new bathtub.

He helped me shop for what I needed, gave me great ideas, made the cabinets himself, re-did my floors to look like they did back in the early 1900 s, and generally created a dream kitchen. I really feel like he is one of the best contractors you can get for the money and I am now going to use his services to redo the rest of my house.
Description of Work: This contractor ripped out my entire kitchen right down to the studs. He then installed brand new custom designed red maple cabinets, tore out the old linoleum on the floor and found real old oak underneath, so he refinished the flooring, put in a recessed sink and granite counters. The entire project took about two weeks to complete from ordering and installing. When he was done, he took all the garbage away.

+ -1 moreIt took several months, but it was well worth it. All of the old cabinets were discarded. The new ones were custom made, with some innovations, such as a drawer in the kick space under a cabinet for cookie sheets. A built in stove top was put into the counter top, which was inlaid tile.
Description of Work: Richard removed the cabinets from our old kitchen, cleared everything back to the bare walls. He constructed new cabinets to our specifications, installed them, plus the new appliances.

+ 5 moreOur house is an old house and the kitchen had never been remodeled before. He not only made the new cabinets fit in as we wished, but made them fit so they were level and plumb.
Description of Work: Richard took measurements of our kitchen. Then he demolished the old cabinets, tore out the plaster and wall, back to the bare studs. He put in new insulation, wall board and in the meantime, constructed cabinets to specifications. He then put in the new cabinets, installed new appliances (stove, oven, microwave). He also installed a new window, after taking out two old ones.
