IT'S BEEN OKAY, BUT IT CERTAINLY COULD BE BETTER. I GUESS WHEN WE HAD THE PROBLEMS WE THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THAT, BUT THEY SAID THERE WAS GOING TO BE AN EXTRA CHARGE. WHEN YOU'RE PAYING SOMEONE $30 A MONTH, YOU EXPECT THEM TO COME AND FIX IT.
Description of Work: THEY WERE RESETTING THE SYSTEM BECAUSE IT WAS ON THE FRITZ.

WHEN I WAS INITIALLY LOOKING TO GET IT HOOKED UP, THEY ALWAYS CALLED BACK IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME. WHEN THEY SENT A GUY OUT, HE WOULD BE ON TIME OR A LITTLE EARLY. THE GUY THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN AND PROUD OF HIS WORK. HE WAS ALWAYS TELLING ME WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY HE WAS DOING IT.
Description of Work: THEY CHANGED OVER THE OLDER SYSTEM TO A CURRENT SYSTEM.

I WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE A B+. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SOMETIMES CHARGED ME WRONG, BUT THEY PERFORM VERY WELL.
Description of Work: THEY MONITOR THE HOME WHEN PEOPLE AREN'T THERE, AND THERE IS ALARM SYSTEM ON THE HOME. THEY RESPOND TO ANY ALARM OR BREAK IN.

PROTECTION ONE IS A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY. THE INSTALLERS ARE RESPECTFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY TAUGHT US HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM AND A HOST OF PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL FOR HELP.
