I chose them to put new central air in my home one year ago and I was impressed with the way they conducted themselves so now they are my go to for Boiler repair also.

My boiler went out and as always it happened on a weekend. I agreed to the extra fee for an emergency call. He was unable to fix the problem on the spot I think, due to a part unavailable on the weekend. They sent somebody back on Monday and fixed the problem while I was at work. When I got the invoice, there was no additional charge for the second visit and it ended up costing me just for the one service call. This was the first time I used Onofrio for my heating. Last April they put a new central air conditioning unit in my home. I was impressed with their attention to detail and service, so called them to handle this problem, and I will be using them for everything going forward.

Rep was very knowledgeable. I had conversion from heating oil to gas furnace plus tankless water heater. Onofreo was extremely helpful in giving me options; office was excellent in helping guide through E-Smart loan and financing, and technicians were first rate. City Inspector stated they had done a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend Onofreo.

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. I received quotes from at least 5 vendors for a new AC and mini split install. Everything from quote to instal went perfectly. Starting with the quote - Shane came in and from start to finish provided exceptional service. He answered all of my questions and was patient when I took my time making a decision. I want to emphasize that I waited 3-4 months and even after all that time he took time to get on a call, answered every email and even if I asked the same question over and over was still happy to give me the information I needed to make a decision. The install could not have been better. Brandon, Levi and Matt we on time every day, clean and all were happy to walk me through the process. They were respectful of my home, keeping it clean, making sure everything was done properly and you could see the pride they take in their work. Aside from their craft, they all also had exceptional customer service. I continued to ask questions which they were happy to answer. I made suggestions which they considered and help me understand the pro's and cons of each decision. Then instead of leaving on a Friday afternoon they wanted to make sure I completely understood the new system taking the time to show me everything and did research when I had additional question. Above else, it was clear they wanted things done right. I mentioned pride in their work - well they have it. I also worked with Shana on the paperwork who like everyone else was helpful and took the time to make me feel as though my business was appreciated. Thank you to Brandon, Levi, Matt and Shana Shane for a great experience. Because of you all, I will continue to be a customer and share my experience.

Canâ t say enough goods things about Onofreo Home Comfort Systems. Itâ s all in the name , Home Comfort. This is the second time I had the pleasure of using their great service. From start to finish, from Kelly at the office , to all the service men and women, to the owner Mark himself, this team is amazing at what they all do. Customer service , simply amazing, and their work is impeccable. They installed a new heating system transfer from oil to natural gas. What ease they made it, again start to finish. When I needed them again to help move some pipes to help with a renovation they were there once again pleasant as ever like weâ ve been good friends for a long time. This is how you should do business, friendly , experience, accommodating, reasonable if not amazing price , and all around great work at the end of the day. Would 1,000 percent recommend to anyone with a home with heat or air. I am using them for air now as well , when you find a good thing stick with it , I did .

Very professional and diligent with the installation of our new heating and hot water system. We could not be happier with how we were treated by all we came in contact with at Onofreo.

From start to finish it was a very positive experience. Shane explained everything and answered all my questions when he came out to give me an estimate on the project. Brandon and Brian showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up when they were done. They showed me how to operate my new mini split AC system before they left. I hired Onofrio to replace my gas furnace and install a new AC unit. A few months later when I had a minor gas leak in the pipes (unrelated to their install), they came out within a few hours to fix the leak. What REALLY impressed me was how they came to bat for me when the gas company initially said that it could be as long as next day to turn my gas back on after the repair. This was during the coldest days of the winter and I was very grateful that Onofrio stayed invested in me until everything was remedied.

I hired Onofreo to convert two old oil furnaces to gas. The job involved removing the two oil tanks and the old furnaces, installing two new gas furnaces and piping in the new gas lines. They showed up on time each day and performed the job with the Utmost professionalism, Not only were they able to answer any of my questions or concerns they kept a very clean worksite and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. It was a absolute pleasure doing business with Onofreo and I would absolutely recommend Onofreo for any of your heating and cooling needs. Thank you Onofreo for a job very well done.

The salesman came to our home & was very professional & knowledgeable. We got several quotes but decided to go with this company because of the knowledge of the salesman. The technicians came to install the air conditioning on time, wearing masks, and did a fantastic job. There were no problems whatsoever with the install. They also were very neat & cleaned up after they were done. I definitely would recommend this company!
