Scott went above and beyond for us. We are a little far out and off the grid for him and yet he still came and helped us with our bat issue. Was very professional, helpful, friendly and even gave the kids a bit of a lesson on bats which our daughter loved. He was here in the spring and when we had another problem here a few weeks ago in the summer he came back out and helped us out! Great guy , great service, great company!

Scott was thorough in his assessment of the pest control issue. Fortunately, we did not have as many pests as expected (perhaps due to the warmer weather). He also did a thorough job in filling all the potential entrance places for the pest he did capture.

Project was to catch a racoon which was crawling under my solar panels. Not an easy place to get too because the entire roof is all solar. Scott, the owner of the company, showed up at my home quickly, accurately assessed where/how the critter was gaining access to the roof, and had it captured within 24 hours. Scott is knowledgeable about the wildlife involved and performed his extraction with efficiency. If ever needed in the future, he'll be first called. Thank you Scott..
