house cleaning

Description of Work: Unprofessional workers. Never did a through job cleaning, when I complained about quality of service was given lip service by manager but workers never did a good job cleaning.

+ -1 morePerhaps I'm being unfair to the workers as I suspect they make near minimum wage and the franchise makes the lions share of the fee. In the end we got a real so-so job and we paid dearly for it.
Description of Work: For the amount charged, I expected better. The two cleaners insisted on working as a pair which resulted in their being talkative and not very productive. In spite of my discussing this point in advance, their poor time allocation caused them to give just a quick going over to the LR & kitchen, the main parts of the house. I didn't request or expect a 'heavy' cleaning, but the emphasis seemed to be more on cutesy folding of towels and TP rolls, as you'd find in a hotel room. The vacuum cleaner they brought with them didn't work well and it wasn't until they were leaving, they informed me they would have used our supplies, if asked. Lastly, on the way out the door, they used a wretched cinnamon scented product, which we found very disagreeable. I was told this was part of the company's 'signature' service. It would have been nice to have been asked before hand.

+ -1 moreThe first day the team came, they did OK... in the rooms they completed. They failed to clean one bedroom and one bathroom. I complained and so they gave me a discount...and made a special note to clean those rooms the following week. Great but the following week comes and those were the only rooms they cleaned. I called again and they were very pleasant and didn't charge me at all. The following week, they sent their "number one best" team. When they went into the office, my husband was on a business call and asked them to come back to vacuum the office later. They never came back and when he walked into the kitchen he realized they had left without cleaning the rest of the house, leaving the trash in the middle of the kitchen. I didn't even have to call to complain this time. They called me and told me that the team complained that my husband was extremely rude and they refused to clean our house anymore.
Description of Work: Full weekly housecleaning - 3000 square foot house, 3 bed 3 bath.

+ -1 moreIF THEY SLOWED DOWN JUST A LITTLE THEY WOULD HAVE MUCH BETTER SERVICES. I THINK THAT THEY ARE PROGRAMMED TO GO AS FAST AS THEY CAN AND GET OUT. THEY SACRIFICE QUALITY FOR SPEED.
Description of Work: I HAVE MY HOME THOROUGHLY CLEANED TWICE A MONTH.
