They did a beautiful job bringing sparkle and shine back to the home. Pleasant to be around, they spent 6 or 7 hours on the initial cleaning. I liked the way they staged the home after it was cleaned, ie, how pillows were placed, how trinkets were arranged, etc. They left the home with a good feeling. I would be happy to work with them again.

I thought the initial cleaning was excellent and I would very much like to continue with them.. We have had difficulty scheduling other cleanings and that has been frustrating. I hope this will get easier. My ideal would be to have them come every other week.

Max & Mari were punctual, respectful, timely and thorough. They cleaned everything - starting with the top floor and working down to the lowest level of my home. As this was the first cleaning that they did for my home, there were a few things they didn't know and asked me where things went and how I wanted things done. They cleaned everything - bathroom fan vents, window treatments, even vacuumed my pet beds! When they were finished, the house smelled wonderful and clean, the floors and windows shined and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely use Max & Mari again - and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning service!

very thorough, workmanlike job. everything was cleaned well, with excellent paid to every detail. very pleasant to deal with. i plan to use max&mari for weekly or biweekly house cleaning. Now that I have used Max and Mari for biweekly cleaning, I'm even more impressed. I had used Merry Maids for years before I moved to Connecticut, and they don't even come close to the job Max and Mari do. Everything is spotless. They took great care to clean all the nooks and crannies and crevices. The place sparkled when they were done. I could not be happier with the service, the attention to detail, and the professionalism.

This was my first time using Max & Mari and they were great! the price was a bit higher for the initial cleaning since it was so thorough, but going forward it will only be $110 for the main house (guest unit is TBD). They came by to provide a quote for the work last week, and showed up on Monday to do the initial cleaning. I felt comfortable giving them keys to the house, since I couldn't be at home while they worked and it was very easy to coordinate with them. When I got home the house was locked properly and everything looked great! They cleaned the chimney, the wood floors looked better than they had when we moved in, and even opened all the windows to get rid of any spider or cobwebs that were on our screens since we live in a heavily wooded area. I'm definitely having them back on a bi-weekly basis to keep things neat!

Max and Mari showed up on time and did an absolutely phenomenal job. We have a multi-pet home and fur is a major problem. We had several people do our house cleaning before, but were never satisfied. We are delighted to have found Max and Mari. This was a major cleaning job as it was the first big clean before starting a weekly schedule. They spent 7 (seven) hours cleaning literally everything extremely thoroughly: every piece of furniture was moved so they could clean underneath and behind, every decorative item (no matter how small) was cleaned and polished, books and magazines neatly arranged, all windows, floors, and tiled walls were cleaned spotless. The house was never this clean. In addition to providing impeccable service, Max and Mari are extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. After so many less-than-professional cleaning services that cut corners and were careless, it is reassuring to know that dedicated professionals do exist. It is a relief and pleasure for us to have finally found someone so thorough and careful. Simply stated: a better job could not have been done. We recommend Max and Mari very very highly.

Max and Mari do a very nice job! They are thorough, focused and take great care. I am new to the area and was nervous about not having a friend nearby to refer someone to me, but they put us at ease, have done a wonderful job so far and we are very pleased to have them come back on a regular basis.

I met with Max and Mari to get a quote and they were so nice and gave me a number right away. We set up the first cleaning for the next week, and they did a fantastic job! We just moved into the house so it had a lingering stale smell and some pretty dusty corners. When I came home from work the house was sparkling. I plan to use them on a monthly basis now. Their first time cleaning fee was a little steep in my opinion but we have a very large house and it was worth it
