 + -1 moreOffice members/schedule coordinators very rude and unprofessional. Apparently their larger commercial/municipal accounts always take precedence and they claimed there were all these emergencies while I had to wait three days for someone to come out-I guess for a consumer with an elderly parent to NOT have heat in CT during the month of January is not an "emergency." After getting a quote for furnace replacement the amount to modify the gas lines alone cost $500 which is ridiculous.
