+ -1 moreMoot point - as the quote was twice what I got from 2 others.
Description of Work: Called for them to come give me a quote on installing a patio. They returned my call telling me that Chris would call me about doing an estimate. Chris did call and I set-up a time for him to come by so I would be home and talk to him. He shows up an hour and 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time and is told I won't be home till 4 - which was what we'd agreed on. So I get home and I'm waiting for him to come back. An hour later I go get the mail to find that he had put a folder with an estimate in my mailbox. Not only did he not know the size of the patio I wanted nor where it was going to be located he didn't bother to let me know he wasn't coming back. What annoys me the most was he could have simply told the person who was home "I left a quote in the mailbox." I know everyone is busy and trying to make the most of the time they have, but this is not how I want to do business with someone.

+ -1 moreSent this company an e-mail asking for a quote on power raking my lawn. I received a return e-mail the next day asking if I wanted an appointment or just a quote, to which I responded either. It's been over two weeks since and I have heard nothing. The lack of a response is very disappointing.
Description of Work: Asked for an estimate on having my yard power raked.

+ -1 moreThe price depended on the length of the grass I think. When I first hired them I was doing it as a gift to my husband so he didn't have to mow the lawn. I spoke with the owner and he came by for an estimate. I felt like he was very friendly and very responsive. I felt like they did a good job, they would come and cut the lawn. I never actually spoke to anyone. I would leave a message and it got taken care of, other than the first time when I met the owner no one ever called me back. I called and told them how I was interested in having them come back and how often, no one ever called back - it just kind of happened. That was a little weird, but we didn't really have any complaints. They would come when the lawn would need to be cut.
Description of Work: Lasko Landscaping mowed our lawn.

+ -1 moreThe service people from Lasko were just wonderful. I was pleased how unobtrusively the sprinkler system went in and the bushes are all thriving well so far. I would certainly recommend these landscapers to others.
Description of Work: They installed a sprinkler system in our one acre yard and also planted several dozen bushes around the property.
