+ -1 moreI was referred to a man named Ed Buffington by one of the workers at Kelly's Landscaping since they could no longer do my lawn after many years of doing it. Ed left the hedges half done (you could see it from google maps) , did not finish the jobs and cashed the check (I should not have sent it until the work was complete, but I was out of the country for 1 month and had expected the work to be finished without issues- but Ed never finished, yet still took all the money and ignored my phone calls/texts. He has been very unprofessional and still doesn't respond to my text to refund the money or finish the work he took money for.
Description of Work: I requested lawn services: mowing/trimming/hedging/vine removal

Description of Work: I left a message indicating I was interested in lawn mowing program for my property and NO ONE got back to me. A simple call back to say you could not take on new clients at this time would have sufficed. That's a 10 - 20 second phone call. There's no excuse for no call back in the service industry.
