Description of Work: The product keeps leaves out of your gutters. But water does NOT run off the roof and into the gutter in all places. Instead it spills over the gutter and down onto my front porch and deck. In the colder weather this water freezes solid on the deck and porch and causes a dangerous situation. | |The company "production manager" called to try to sell me a warming system to prevent ice dam buildup. I told him of the problem of the spilling water and he agreed to come out and look at the installation. Unfortunately, a snowstorm forced him to cancel and reschedule the appointment. There was a snowstorm on the rescheduled appointment date. This time the man did not call to reschedule, and I have not heard from him since. | |While the product does keep debris out of the gutters, the spilling water problem is completely unacceptable. The company's followup efforts to at least inspect the problem leave much to be desired. I would not recommend the product, nor the company for it's poor attention to customer service

 + -1 moreThere was some delay in performing the job due to a change in ownership of the company. But in a reasonable time, this was sorted out and the job was performed in a very satisfactory way. The workers were late in coming, but that was not a big thing for me and it all worked out fine.
Description of Work: Reinstalled Gutter Helmets after my home was reroofed.

 + 0 moreRepaired storm damage to gutter helmet over my garage. Showed up exactly on time and performed the service to my complete satisfaction. Got a separate estimate for basement remodel but have been updated by the owner that they no longer do that work. Have had the Gutter Helmet on my roof for years now and it works as advertised. No longer need to hire someone every year to clean leaves and dirt out of the gutters.

 + -1 moreAfter gutter helmet was installed, we noticed that water was overflowing due to the product not being properly installed. Called to have someone come back to fix this and after 2 cancellations, waiting for another appointment. Installers seemed to know what they were doing. Hopefully, they will fix the problem to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: Replacement of helmet that was removed from an existing gutter due to storm damage. Also had new product installed in another gutter.
