They had it ready on the promised date. The result was beautiful and the product perfectly made. Everyone is happy!
Description of Work: Courteous and Professional, they manufactured the window treatment I designed. It was a complicated treatment.

This company is a fabric outlet and they also make slipcovers and do upholstery. My main problem with factory fabric outlet is unresponsiveness. Telephone calls were not returned in a timely fashion, the appointment for the woman to estimate the cost of labor in upholstering my couch was delayed because of poor communication. When she finally did come, she did not touch the couch to ensure that it was sturdy enough to spend the money on re-upholstering it. Never once was a phone call returned without me having to call at least twice, The fabric that I really liked either was sold to someone else or they never had enough for my couch to begin with, yet I was given an estimate of the cost of that fabric in the amount of $226. The designer never called with the references she promised as there are no reviews on this company that I could find online; this caused a further delay, one that resulted in there not being enough fabric. Since they did not have sufficient fabric on hand, the price went from $14/yard on sale to $25-$32/yard and would have to be ordered. In addition, the fabric would not be the same fabric I had picked out. The owner, Erica Mann, did leave me a phone message in response to a letter I wrote her asking if they could name the manufacturer and lot number. She promised to call back, but she did not. She did say that there was never enough fabric on the roll in the store, which makes me wonder why it was promised to me with a price for 18 yards. Overall, a frustrating experience that could have been avoided with better communication.
Description of Work: Unfortunately, I did not buy my fabric I really liked at fabric factory outlet , nor did I use them to re-upholster my couch.
