Description of Work: We requested a quote from Eastern for glass repair to a number of windows in our home. We made several follow up calls and they called a week after we had the work performed elsewhere.

+ -1 moreThey came out quickly to give me an estimate and provided a reasonable estimate based on comps. There was a delay in the time that I was told the glass (specialty glass) would arrive after ordered but once that came in, they came in did the work promptly and well.

+ -1 moreI went to Eastern Glass for a new shower door. I went there on a Saturday, I knew what we wanted, I was promptly showed a few options and ordered the door. They said it would be weeks to send someone out to measure, so I had my husband measure the space and didn't have a problem upon installation. My only difficulty with them was communication. I called after two weeks of nothing and they said "O yes your door is here". Since we both work full time I asked for a Saturday installation if possible, they said they would call back, I never got a call back. I called again and they said they couldn't do that, so I asked for early morning and they accommodated my schedule by coming a little earlier than normal. Other than lack of communication, everything was nice. The installation was done beautifully, the guy installing was very nice and made suggestions. I would recommend them for future projects.
