The guys from Duct Diagnostics did an excellent job. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They even sealed off a couple of ducts that weren't properly sealed, which wasn't part of their job. I would highly recommend this company.

I had the ducts cleaned a year ago. Before having it done, I read online about what was involved. I felt they knew what they were doing so even though it seemed a bit pricey, I went with them. This year, I had an issue with the tenant in the house and needed to have them recheck that everything was fine. When I called, the person answering the phone was very pleasant to talk to and said she would have someone get back to me. Soon after, I received a call from Mike. I explained the situation and also asked him to replace the filter in the furnace while he was there as I didn't think it had been changed since the ducts were cleaned. He went there that day, changed the filter, checked the ducts near the furnace, and opened a closed vent that was the reason for the tenant's concern at no additional cost. They are very professional and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I wish everyone was as easy to work with as this place. I would highly recommend them.

From the first contact via phone and scheduling of appointment, was so impressed with the professionalism of everyone. Mike called on his way to our home to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he checked vents and returns and air conditioning filters and was completely honest with us about the cleanliness of the ducts. He never tried to upsell us on unnecessary work and by doing so - we know when we do need to have our vents cleaned - this is the company we will use.

The insulation company that accidentally blew the insulation into my return duct, hired Duct Diagnostics LLC. For a couple years, the issue seemed to be resolved, except for the duct going into one of the bedrooms. I called the company back over 7 years later and Mr. Fico came out to my house to inspect the possible issue free of charge. He used a camera and found a blockage and was able to clear it out free of charge. They arrived when they said they would, were very professional, and saw the job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Both the owner and receptionist are a delight to work with.

Moved into a condo a year and half ago. Was experiencing allergy problems and realized the only time that happened was when I was at home. Finally dawned on me that the HVAC ducts might need to be cleaned. Found Duct Diagnostics on Angie's List. After I called, Mike Keller promptly came out to inspect the ducts and provide an estimate. His inspection found a lot of debris as far into the ducts as he could see AND a gaping opening in the return duct IN THE BASEMENT that was pulling basement air into the system. He recommended that we get the situation with the air intake corrected before we spent money on cleaning. I do believe that a less honest vendor would have just provided an estimate for cleaning and not shown me the problem with the air intake. We did have the repair done. When Duct Diagnostics staff came to clean the vents and ducts, they were prompt, courteous, thorough and meticulously clean. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome service. We had him come by for a quote a few days after we initially called in. He came out and thoroughly explained the process and provided a quote on the spot. I had another company come out (Link Mechanical) and it took 3 weeks to get a quote for the same job... The workers performing the cleaning were very professional and extremely careful and clean around the property. We just had hardwood floors installed in the condo and were concerned that they might get scratched or ruined during the cleaning but the team had mats out everywhere to protect the floors. Everything was spotless after they finished the cleaning. I only got one other quote for the job and they were about $400 more. The only other time I've had duct cleaning was with another company on a Groupon and, although the price was cheaper, they were very pushy trying to add on extras. Duct Diagnostics was upfront with the price and there were no attempts at upselling after the fact. I highly, highly recommend Duct Diagnostics for your duct cleaning needs.

Although other companies were more "warm and fuzzy", we ultimately went with Duct Diagnostics and we were happy with how efficient and serious they were about getting the job done right!

They were really knowledgeable, clear, concise and reasonable. They suggested what should be done, completed it and were out in a good time. The price was reasonable. He called back right away.

We are having a new furnace installed after 25 years in our house and decided before the new furnace install to have our ducts cleaned. We solicited several quotes including Duct Diagnostics from Angies List. Tim Fico came on site, did a full inspection and answered my questions via email and phone (even on the weekends). There was no sales pressure from him or the company. I did check with the National Air Duct Cleaners Assoc and they are certified with the highest standings. The entire cleaning took a full day and was done by 2 people from Duct Diagnostics. They were clean, professional and did an excellent job. They had a camera that they put into the ducts so I could see before and after photos. What a difference and you'll be amazed what they find in your ducts including cat toys! Note they do cut holes in your ducts in the basement and then seal them up again when done. I was concerned about this prior to the work being done, but they did an excellent job of sealing up the holes and I have not seen any air leakage. All in all, an excellent job and I'm glad we did it prior to installation of our new furnace which has a much more powerful blower. Highly Recommended.

I never hired anybody in my life, doing it all myself. Now, I do not have enough time, and some things just cannot be improvised. I am picky, and demand utmost professionalism for services. Ralph arrived on time for the quote, in a professional, not flashy vehicle which indicated sound business practice, a nice first impression. The quote was more than another one I received minutes before he arrived, but I got the sense that I will get what I would be willing to pay for... and I did not want to pay for a bad experience. I scheduled the job about 2 months after he quoted it. The crew arrived on time, two young guys, both with years of experience. They showed up with surgical show covers... wow... It went flawlessly from there. After a tour of the house showing where all the grills were, one went to the basement, the other one start bringing what looked like either brand new or nicely washed and pressed canvas cloths that he laid out around the house: not a single item were put down directly on our floors (BTW, we just had them redone, and went through weeks of nightmare before the right contractor completed the job properly). So needless to say, at this point, I was willing to tip them well already... as I walked out of the house, one of the guy was outside, with all the grills that had been sitting out since the sanding of the floors (I knew the duct job was next at the time, so I told the floor guys not to bother putting them back on...). He was diligently scrubbing the grills with a spray bottle for soap, a brush and a large tub full of water... did I mentioned he asked me permission to use the hose? Well, I left for work, and did not think about it all day. Came home, and my wife told me that they ended up changing the drier duct and outside door/cap as it was as old as the house, and a serious fire hazard... no charge... needless to say I was glad we tipped them well... young guys like this, working hard, with strong work ethic... this is what needs to be encouraged, this is what made America a great country... not government entitlement... Use them, you can't go wrong!

Company owner came on estimating visit. Very professional. The day of service, two workers came, and were very prompt, courteous, and cheerful, despite having a dirty job to do. I have a cat who is no friend of the ducts, and these guys were positive, friendly, and did a great job. I had had some mold in the basement which I'd had cleaned up, but when I turned on the central air conditioning the first time for summer, I was concerned that the a bad smell was from moldy duct work, which is what prompted me to have the ducts cleaned (turns out there was no mold, but I hadn't thought of the ducts when I had the mold abated, so it was a concern. Bad duct smell was gone after they did their work. Beware the cheap-o duct cleaners - there's info online that they're not worth hiring.

Outstanding experience with this local company. The owner responded promptly and professionally and actually came out that same day to give me an estimate. He is busy so it was a couple of weeks out to book my service, but he sent 2 excellent technicians who were knowledgeable, responsive, very clean and efficient. He even sent in another crew for part of the day to make sure that the job was completed in a time frame that met with my needs. I would highly recommend Duct Diagnostics to anyone needing this service.

These guys were fantastic - I called them at 10 AM and then they came by 2:30PM the same day and cleaned out my dryer vent! They worked hard for about an hour and a half and continually tested the dryer air flow. They did a great job! I'd definitely recommend.

Two workmen showed up to perform this service. The head workman, Jim, explained the process and answered any questions I had. When the duct was clean, he described what they found (which was not a lot of dust in the duct) and told me that I probably wouldn't have to have this service done again for three or four years. He also explained that, because of the lenth of the duct to the outside, there is a booster fan installed to help move the dust to the outside and also that my dryer has an automatic cut-off in case the machine gets too hot. Both of these items of information were news to me and reassuring to hear. I feel that this is a very honest and reputable company who is not going to tell me something just to get the job. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to friends and neighbors who need the same type work done.

The salesperon was courteous and knowledgable. He came out to our house to thoroughly inspect our system before providing a quote. The workers were professional and arrived on time, answering questions my wife had and showing her how to adjust the system dampers. They ended up finding old construction debris (bits of tile and sheetrock). Really glad we had the job done through Duct Diagnostics. They are probably not the cheapest provider, but you know you are getting a good product that is worth it.

Easy to do business with, good quality and price.

Our condominium is in a high rise and the dryer vents snake up an interior wall, diagonally across a common hallway and vent out the back of the building. My vent was the longest in the building, 22', with no access from the outside because the unit is on an upper floor. No one would come and look at it never mind give me an estimate. Mike Kelly came out in the pouring rain, looked at everything, inside and out. He even got on a step stool to look above the drop ceiling to see where the duct work crossed the common hallway to the outside. He recommended adding an access port so the vent could be cleaned from both directions and it would allow me to check when it needed cleaning again. He worked with the association and even offered a discount if my neighbors would schedule the same work at the same time. He arrived on time, performed the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up completely, both inside my unit and in the hallway (very important in a condo). When he was done, it was so clean, you never would have known he'd been there. Almost 50% of my neighbors took advantage of the discount and I have not heard one complaint. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with complete confidence in the quality of his work. He made me look good to my neighbors, it doesn't get much better than that.
