They were prompt, courteous and completed the job as expected. Their pricing was extremely reasonable compared to other environmental companies. I am using them for another job at my new home.

They did very good work and was timely. The subcontractor they hired to do the test was a day late. This disrupted the boiler being installed.

The inspection was very complete and the cleaning and spraying was thorough. The inspector and the follow up workman were punctual, courteous and thorough. The workman covered the workplace and left everything very clean. I would totally recommend this company.

The project was completed quickly & efficiently with a minimum of backyard destruction. The work was done on a very hot & humid day (with the sun hitting that part of the yard) and they just worked with no breaks. Thak you, guys!

Charter Oak was completely professional in all phases of the work from explaining the options to solve our problem with a leaky basement to otation to construction to clean-up. They actually left my garage cleaner than when they came! We have had numerous heavy rainstorms since the work was completed with no further flooding. Pro was excellent and knowledgeable. He found the mold in the A/C and recommended mold remediation. They did the work next day and the techs were great and courteous. Did a great job. Unfortunately they were not able to install a new window and replace the drywall and insulation needed. They completed the mold remediation but I must hire others to complete the additional work. Need new window, dry wall and insulation and maybe have the exterior wall under vinyl siding replaced. Job well done but I need additional services. Waiting for carpenter recommendations.

We made the right choice with Jeff and his staff at Charter Oak Environmental. The project was started and finished as promised with the highest quality and respect to our home. The staff was respectful and courteous, and they did their best to make sure that our daily routines were not disturbed. We were very satisfied with all the work!

They missed the first appointment but that was a RUSH and really had to do with miscommunication. But we got off to a bad start. But they came again twice, reimbursed me for the missed appointment and did a great job. Actually stopped the leak while the water was coming through the wall. They did a combination of both the EPOXY under pressure and old fashioned chisel and hammer and cement. They are good - friendly and responsible. And best of all they got the job done

Charter Oak was responsive to my several questions and quirks in the job. They were able to adapt to the changing conditions and unforeseen situations. They completed the job in a professional manner and have so far achieved the desired results. Their personal attention to my job was in stark contrast to some of the larger companies I contacted, who generally treated my job as just one of many.

Took a while to get the project going due to governement requirements - but it turned out well. The contractor worked with us to find an alternative solution. Workmanship was neat and clean. A potential weather issue caused an unneccesary delay - which could have been avoided if the contractor had communicated earlier.

Very personable and courteous staff. Were very willing to beyond the call of duty. Made a stressful situation much easier. Passed third party inspection the first time. The owners were very involved in the and very receptive to constructive feedback.
