I hired Jerry to bury my incoming power service in the fall of 2014. I dug the ditch myself, and after a few phone calls he came and put in the pipe. He called CL&P and they pulled the wire, but he didn't tell me that was an extra charge, over $500. Then the job sat for months. I kept e-mailing him and he would promise to finish but never did, so eventually in April 2015 I gave up and hired someone else. I think the job was a little too ambitious for him.
