James was my installer and he was wonderful! My project was completed in one day. When James left, it was like was was never there! My house was immaculate. I am thrilled with my new shower. It is absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Our experience w/Bath Planet was wonderful. Dylan was on time, very thorough in making suggestions and explaining what we could expect during the process. He was always available to answer questions and make suggestions. Miguel and Tito were our installers. What these two gentlemen had to contend with during the remodel, the way they handled it and the fabulous job they did was nothing short of miraculous. We are very happy with our remodel and very happy that we chose Bath Planet.

Bath Planet is the third company I met with to take out my old, fiberglass shower/tub insert with a large shower stall. They are the ONLY company that did not give me a hard sell, or try to upsell every little thing. As a result, I booked with them and purchased the upgrades I wanted. To say my bathroom is transformed would be an understatement. Everything is beautiful, and the work is amazing! The men who did the install (thank you Tito and Miguel!) were polite, timely, efficient, and left my home spotless. I am extremely pleased with the entire process, from initial design, to financing, to the gorgeous results. I am happy to recommend Bath Planet without hesitation!

Total professionals. From Chris in sales to James who did our install Bath Planet made this a stress free experience. James covered the carpet to protect it from damage and explained everything he was doing step by step. Our bathroom looks amazing and we could not be more pleased. Fast, professional install. Courteous and polite installers. Even put coverings down on floor and stairs from front door to bathroom. The new shower makes the bathroom look bigger and brighter. The new shower is so much safer and bigger than standing in the old narrow tapered tub. Everyone that sees it loves it.
