Everything about the process has been great. the installers were very knowledgeable friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. my new shower looks amazing I'm very impressed!

The installers arrived as scheduled, they were courteous, efficient, and as stated, they removed the old tub. The install itself took all day, but it was well worth the wait. They did a beautiful job and they left my bathroom in the same condition it was received. I would recommend them 100%. Very happy with the job.

Installers were courteous and friendly. Did an excellent job taking out the old shower and installing the new one. Fastidious about cleaning as they worked and final clean up. Our new shower is beautiful and canâ t wait to use it once the caulking cures. I highly recommend Bath Planet of CT.

We were so happy and pleased w the work done by bath planet Our home 30 years old and our guest bathroom needed bath to shower redo We have family out of state now and felt it was time We called got bid told job be done between certain dates and they were true to their word One day they have license plumbers other places did not for install Quality excellent Clean neat Friendly and just recently had another bathroom done by a another contractor and more money and could not compare with the professionalism of planet bath Thanks

Installers were fast and thorough, actually improving our existing water pipes in the process. Very conscious of keeping our home clean as well. End result is a beautiful large custom shower stall that we are thrilled with.

Pail was very professional and friendly. They went right to work. They cleabed up after them selves. I have a roll in shower. It has a beautiful subway tile look. It's beautiful.! I'm very happy with how it came out.. i would definitely recommend them.

Looks nice.. Took a little longer than expected. Kind of pricey but seems like good quality. The installers cleaned up after themselves. Overall good experience.

The project was done on schedule, The. Crew worked neatly and cleaned up everything. They covered the stairs and floors in their path as well. The bathroom looks great. I just wished they would have started earlier in the morning and finished earlier in the evening. Not a big deal though.

Salesman was professional contractor was respectful but there was a gap on the corner of shower stall and wall made several calls to rectify finally gave up

The installers, Oscar and his team, we're very professional and took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed concerning the heights and where to put all the grip bars. They were exceptionally careful. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves completely. When they say it's a non-slip surface for the floor it truly is. We are very happy with the results.
