Description of Work: We have another toilet in the basement that had no shut offs and was cracked. Howard came in and installed shutoffs and replaced the old toilet with more efficient one. He's done other work for us including removing an ancient dishwasher and installing a new to doing some drain work as well. He is a pleasure to work with honest, hard working, responsible and reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
