I left a message and the owner called me back within 30 minutes. We set up an appointment for the next day. The repairman called before he came and was very punctual. He explained that my pulleys and springs should be replaced. Ended up replacing pulleys, springs and cables, tightened the chain. Lubed and balanced the door. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Kevin is an excellent communicator and very customer oriented. He came to our house 2x to verify the type and style of door we needed and followed up promptly with a drawing for our approval. He held true to his expected delivery date and showed up on time with a great crew to do the job. His team was professional and courteous and you could tell there was pride in their work. I called the company at 10:00 this morning and they were at my house by 1:00 and the work was completed by 2:00. Matt and Jim were extremely courteous and professional. Once the work was completed they took the time to explain how the new unit worked and answered all of our questions. Our experience with Automatic Door was very positive from the initial phone call to the completion of the project. I highly recommend this company.

Great. Matt (repairman) quickly adjusted the pressure sensor and solved the problem. He showed me what he did and how to do it, which I always appreciate. He also lubed various joints and cleaned the track.. apparently grease isn't a good idea. He also suggested replacing the rollers for about $100 for the full set, which took him about 30-40 minutes. Much quieter and smoother now. Fair price and very professional from the scheduling through the visit. Would certainly use again.

During our initial telephone conversation, Kevin of Automatic Door provided lots of options and explained each one in detail. I ask lots of questions, and he patiently and thoroughly answered each one. He arrived with his colleague at the scheduled hour and installed the new garage door opener efficiently. He and his colleague then explained the new model to me, answered more questions, and made sure I understood how it worked.

The work and service was great! We had two bids. One company suggested we purchase a bigger HP motor opener for one of our doors. Automatic Door took the time to inspect the doors and old openers thoroughly and identified a crack in the door as the old opener was not set properly. They recommended that we did not need a bigger HP opener, just a brace to fix the door and proper alignment. The installer was professional and very courteous. He did a great job with the installation of the new openers and took the time to set the existing doors properly. He then took the time to show use how to operate the new doors. I would highly recommend the company.
