Badly-technician was very rude and argumentative.

They were very professional with the installation. They spent a lot of time with me. The guy who runs the company is quite into design elements and designed it to maximize the efficiency of the air movement. I am getting my bills right now. I removed all the oil heating and I am paying no more for the electricity. I am saving about $2500 to $3000 a year in my bills. They will get the rebates done, but they are very slow. You have to follow up to get it done. They are not quite so responsive once the work is done. The system is working fine, but it is a bit louder than the oil system. The air conditioning was absolutely silent. I am trying to make them come back and look at it, but they are not particularly responsive. They were the cheapest.

They told me how their price was going to be substantially higher than the oil company I was using but that they did a superior job. Since I appreciate quality workmanship and didn't mind paying the extra money, I told them to go ahead. Within 2 months, barely into the cold season, both burners went offline and were severely fouled w/soot. I called them over to remedy the problem, it was a Friday afternoon. They gave me the whole after-hours billing speech, but I wanted the problem fixed. Their technician, who apparently was the same person who performed the original service, came over, attempted to vacuum out the soot, supposedly fixed one burner & declared the other one in need of replacement. Smelling a rat, I called another co, supposedly the best in Fairfield Co, they sent 2 guys and got burners back to almost perfect efficiency. Air Perfect claimed it was not their fault, it was our oil company, the dust from a renovation we were doing, etc. Then sued for payment of the bill.
