+ -1 moreThe technician who showed up didn’t know what he was doing. He spent a lot of time trying to look up how to install the part. We ended up having it taken out and put it back in ourselves later. He also said that it would be a $300 to $400 repair on our dishwasher. We didn’t listen to him and we didn’t let him order parts that we wanted to order. They were very responsive and got here pretty quickly. We then called the manufacturer directly. Then the technician from there came and installed the part properly. He also fixed the dishwasher with our vacuum.
Description of Work: Advanced Applaince Service came to fix our refrigerator.

+ -1 moreA different part was needed from the one originally thought and he did not charge for subsequent visits, plus he gave me the part at cost. He is efficient and cleans up after himself.
Description of Work: Roger repaired a faulty valve and igniter in my gas range for the oven. There was a lingering smell of gas whenever I lit the oven, and it took forever to reach the right temperature.
