Tranmer was fantastic. I put in the service magic request at 12:30 in the afternoon and he was at my house THAT DAY to fix the problem. Definitely will use again.

The electrician came over and fixed the problem, however, about 7 days later we found that it was not fixed. I called him immediately, and he made an appointment to come over. He researched the problems, and this time it was fixed for good. We are satisfied with his work.

They called me within a minute of submitting my request on line. They assessed the job the same day and called the next day to confirm they had the part and were ready to install. The job was completed the following day. Everyone was friendly and courteous. It has taken me twol years to locate someone to complete this job and I am thrilled. I would use them again and have already given their names to my friends.

Tranmer Electric was perfect. My phone rang literally within seconds of pressing the Submit button on ServiceMagic. Jim Tramner was very professional on the phone. He made an appt with me for 8:00AM the very next morning, and he arrived at 8:00AM sharp. He looked at the job and gave me a quote on the spot (priced lower than a competitor's quote.) We scheduled the job soon thereafter, and he came out with a partner to do the work. The job was done perfectly - exactly what I wanted, and he charged me exactly what he quoted. It doesn't get any better than that. Jim Tranmer is the guy I will call for any future work. I highly recommend him.

excellent work, very timely response to do job, professional and courteus service

Very professional phone manner, and followup with questions. Came early within the time window I was quoted. Technical abilities were excellent, and finished job within quoted timeframe at the estimate agreed upon. Cleaned up the work area too. A couple minor glitches in the jobsite posed no problems, and dealing with them didn't effect the charges. These guys were excellent. They are my fulltime electricians from this point forward.

Jim was on the phone seconds after sending in the request. Was there within 45min to give a quote. He and his workers were very professional, cleaned up after they were done. We encountered a problem soon after the work was completed. Jim was notified of this problem . Jim looked at the problem and said they would return the following week to take care of the problem. After several weeks and many many phone calls it is now over 6 week and no follow up to correct the issues. Would not recommend using this company any longer. Handled very unprofessionally. When Jim called two days ago he stated they are too busy and hung up on us.

On time , thorough and neat. I have other projects that I will need them for and would not hesitate to hire them again

We had an electrical need on the weekend (Sunday) and Tranmer Electric came to Somers, CT from Middletown, CT to assess! The workmanship and professionalism was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Tranmer Electric, LLC. In fact, we will be using Tranmer again for future work.
