I had a terrible experience with this so-called "special promotion" for a routine cleaning that ended up costing me $1,150. The technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional, but the real issue lies with their so-called "project manager" Danielle and the rest of the company. The work was incomplete, and when I requested an invoice and pictures, I received the pictures immediately but had to wait days for the invoice. When it finally came, it was clearly doctored?showing work that wasn't completed and pricing that didn?t match what I was told. I had to call them five times to speak with her, who was unhelpful and clearly didn't know how to do her job. The invoice listed charges for installation and chimney caps, which were supposed to be free according to the technicians. When I raised this concern, they denied everything and were extremely dismissive. To make matters worse, I even sent them a video of the technicians confirming the free items (captured by my Ring d

Omar and his Brother were excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly explained everything they did. Would hire them again. Will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs fireplace repairs.

Chris and his helper were very respectful. Thoroughly explaining everything step by step. Very easy to understand. Very reasonble. I really appreciate Angie list which helped stephanie contact us. Stephanie won me over with her believable sincerity. We had already hired another company and chose shamrock. Kudos to this company.

The day of the appointment they arrived late and rushed through the job because they had another appointment. They left a mess on the roof; crumpled concrete, their supplies and tore one of the shingles on the roof itself. I have had 3 appointments scheduled for them to return and finish the job they started! They never showed up, never called. I would NOT recommend them!

I saw very impressed by Chris and his partner. They were friendly and polite . Very conscientious. They were quick and leand up after themselves. I can't say enough good things about them.. if possible I would like to hire the same 2 men I. The fall to clean it again then get on a yearly schedule with these two men. They excellent work and I felt comfortable with them In my home and that's a rare thing. Thank you so mu h gentleman for such a fine job. I look forward to seeing you in the fall.

Oh my word when they arrived they were so very polite and introduced themselves. They chatted politely for a few moments then went straight on to their work. They had it done and ship shape in no time flat. Left the area picture perfect. They were gentleman the entire ti.e they were here and very polite enough so that I have requested that they co.e back in tne fall then every fall after that for cleaning. If the rest of the company is as good as they are you can't go wrong . There office is very pleasant to work with. So it must run through the company.

Evan and Walter were great. Evan explained the situation with our chimneys clearly with pictures and gave us the options to address them. They did the work that day. They cleaned up when they were done. I’d definitely recommend them.

charged $99 which i thought was too much as he stated my chimney did not need cleaning

Missed the 1st appoitment date, came late when it was getting dark a few days later. Paid extra for woodstove vs. fireplace sweep, yet after they swept the stack they said cleaning or vacuuming the debris that fell was extra. Not satisfied.

I was told to clean my chimney it would be $100. Upon inspecting the basement portion I was told that per Rhode Island state law I need to have a stainless steel liner installed to use a wood stove. I asked for a link to this new code and none was provided. He said it would be $5000. There is no such law, I called the Fire Marshal office. They continued to clean the chimney and I was surprised it was done in 10 minutes. The brush they used outside was a little bigger than a toilet brush, my flue is 9x13, traditional brushes are a little bit larger than the flue opening to guarantee maximum contact with the flue. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The Sham in the company name says a lot.
