Shamrock Chimney

I signed up with Home Advisor on 1/1/2018, which was a holiday. The next day I received a phone call from Shamrock C & C regarding my need to have my chimney cleaned. The gentleman from Shamrock & I discussed my needs & the type of chimney/flue I had in great detail. He set up an appointment for my chimney cleaning for the very NEXT day. I was so surprised since this time of the year is very busy for chimney sweepers. The technicians who arrived the next morning ( Joe & Anthony ) were very polite & thorough. Joe is VERY knowledgeable, did a full inspection & explained things to me a long the way. He was very polite, courteous & honest. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Shamrock C & C

We finally found reliable and honest chimney cleaners. Through the years we have had various cleaners who either didn't show up, or didn't do a good job. Shamrock chimney cleaners were courteous, thorough and honest. They came to clean 2 chimneys, but I did have them inspect a few others. They were honest that the others didn't need cleaning this time. Now I feel confident lighting our fires in the cleaned chimneys.I trust them and hope to have them back every year!

Fitted me in during their very busy season. Got the estimate the first day and they were able to come back and do the new chimney liner installation the next morning. The tech was knowledgeable, polite and very thorough.

They beat another company's estimate by hundreds of dollars and were much more responsive to time constraints in scheduling the work earlier than a third company.

Very responsive to my calls and price was fair. They were not able to come on the scheduled day but came the next day. Overall I was satisfied.

Shamrock was very responsive to my initial request and they were very fast when they arrived to my house. They were also very knowledgeable and noticed that the concrete that was holding an exhaust pipe into my chimney was not made to withstand heat and it was chipping away. They fixed it up right then and there. They were quick, easy, and cheap. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that came to my home Was friendly, courteous and above all Honest! He did not try to sell my on any services other than the one he was there for. The company was ver accommodating and reasonably priced. We will be using them going forward.

These guys were fair and efficient. Chimney is clean and sealed for a fair price.

They were running a bit late due to a problem with a prior call. Once on the ground, they went right to work.

The CS rep took a lot of info regarding my wood-burning insert, I got a courtesy call the day before reminding me of the appointment. I took that day off. The crew showed up within the agreed window. They were totally not aware that I had a wood burning insert that required a "different set of brushed". This was a waste of time for both, me and the crew. I've never heard from them again.
