Shamrock Chimney

I m not sure why but they had a very difficult time with scheduling an appointment for my estimate. They had to reschedule 4 times and when they did finally make it they were 2 hours early and no phone call to let me know they were on the way.

The guys were great. They gave me the best price around, were there promptly at 8am, and finished putting in the liner at 10. They took before and after pictures and cleaned up as if they were never there. I will be using them in the future for cleaning services as well

It is shame that a professional company is unorganized and overcharges seniors and they do not do the work correctly and over charged. We saved up for years to this repaired form the roof up and I mean I have done repairs. I got the foundation repaired, I could have done better. I don't lay brick. so that is saying a lot.

The woman from their office Mary when making the appointment was quite helpful providing all the information and was able to answer all my questions. The gentleman Matt Pasquel who did the work could not have been more cordial, conscientious and professional. And he wore a mask the entire time. I will continue to use in the future and highly recommend this company to all without hesitation

They damaged my roof and left a mess in my driveway and yard.My roof was covered in mortar and the shingles were damaged.The cap repair was cracked and was the whole job was a mess.

They installed a stainless steel chimney liner and fixed the tar on the flashing on the roof and repointed the chimney. They seemed to have a good knowledge of what needed to be done and did it. They cleaned up any debris from the work.

They cements a top to chimney but got cement in my gutters over 2 inch thick also on my propane tank , grass, roof. In short a real mess replaced gutters.

I was seeking someone to repair stone steps and wall and as requested sent photos to them. They arrived with a van full of chimney liners told me I had a dangerous situation and talked me into a $2600 chimney liner that I probably did not need and was not seeking. I have never received an estimate for the repair of the stone steps and wall and I don t think they even do that kind of work I think they only do chimneys so I don t know why they even came to my house. A very disturbing experience.

Very professional and accomodating. Provided some re-sealing around a few roof vents that we requested without additional service charges. Greatly appreciated that courtesy.

He is a dangerous person to allow on your property . They wont give you name of their Insurance Company it took months to get .

Tried to sell a new liner which was replaced a few years ago. Got a second opinion and found out my liner was in very good shape. Shamrock claimed my liner was falling apart. Shamrock was so intent on selling me a new liner for $4000.00 that they did not even see that the brick and mortar on my chimney was failing. This company is a big RIP off.

While I'm self employed. I appreciate working with a firm that is fare and understanding to small businesses. I continued to work while they took care on our home with professiona, timely service. I was able to just simply concentrate on my business. So We are happy with Shamrock

Didn't know how to take pellet away from fireplace. Didn't have a ladder long enough.

The young man that came out to give me and estimate and returned later to complete the job was excellent. The company followed through with dates and times -- called to confirm dates and times. Everyone was great to deal with. Do not hesitate to have work completed by this company.

Stay away from this company, they are scammers. They try to get you to do additional work you do not need. The work they do is of poor quality and they try to take the easy way out. They put a cap on my fireplace, but in the process they caused my furnace liner pipe to be crooked. They can not be trusted to do decent work and they cut corners.

They charged 650.00 to fix the sealing and 350.00 to seal the chimney. The sealing was awful and not worth 650.00,now for 4 days I am waiting for the owner to explain the charge. Sadly I paid the bill and i am sad that i did that. Asked for a better invoice and have not recieved it. Then they did the seal of the chimney which I didnt want in the cold weather. That I did get for free but still really don't know what they did on that either. I am trying to get my money back from the bank or this company. I am very dissatisfied. Their guy that they had come here was a very good salesman. Thanks
