With several delays because of snowstorms, the communication was excellent. We had to reschedule and each time they were responsive, courteous and pleasant. They came when they said they would. Did the job efficiently and polite. Billie answered my questions completely and we received a written receipt with a ten year warranty for service rendered.

They came and performed the service required, the employees were very helpful.

They are unprofessional, they do not know how to communicate and they have no loyalty to the customer

They replaced he chimney liner for my wood stove. It was a tricky operation but they did a very thorough job paying attention to details.

These folks did a terrific job and were able to do some repairs while they were. Would recommend them to anyone needing this service

Do not use them. UPDATE 11/19/2020: They came right out to give a free estimate and we went with them to fix my chimney. It was done in one day but NOT professionally. I cannot get an email or a call back for them to come to fix it. I am out $5100.00 for unprofessional work.

After feeling like we were bullied into repairing our Fireplace and $2,500 later I am still waiting for someone to come for a check-up and clean out my pit. I would not recommend.

The contractors who was working a 5 five star and the actual company a 1 star. Project was never finished Office didn't return phone calls. The biggest problem was getting to the home on time to complete project contractors was late and it was raining so the contractors couldn't complete the project. Over all experience was bad

They called and came very quickly. they were extremely professional and showed us exactly what they were doing to our chimney on the roof with pictures. I would absolutely recommend them.

These guys are pretty good. Cleaned and repaired some loose bricks. No one got hurt and the job was done.

This company is the PITS. I missed 3 days of work because they forgot to come out the first two times. I had to call them each day to follow up, not them. On the third try, they would not even go on the roof to inspect the chimney cap. Customer service / the wife of the owner was a nightmare to deal with. They had the most inexpensive prices, do your self a favor and hire someone else that might be more expensive. I guess you pay for what you get.

The work was done very well, but, they canceled the 1st appointment 2 hours after the window period. When rescheduled, arrived 2 hours after the window period.

We had a quote done by another company who said that they didn't repair painted chimneys. Scheduling with Shamrock was easy. They showed up on time, where able to fix our painted chimney, and we were happy with the result.

Very efficient process. The guys called 30 mins in advance of arriving and were done in no time at all. Yes Iâ d recommend this company.

I got a new house recently and got an appointment to make sure everything was up to code. Almost everything in my chimney was good but they recommended a new rain cap for an affordable price and they installed it the same day.
