Do not waste your time!! One of the worst experiences I have had with a company. Extremely unprofessional staff. No call back, no message nothing whatsoever. Zero sense of Urgency for the customer! They were extremely quick to take my money but when I request refund it felt like pulling teeth. Service guys were professional and extremely helpful. To have lost out on a job because of lack of follow through. Get your act together Shamrock!!!

They came for a cleaning, ended up doing chimney repair that I have been putting off due to cost. I had my mom at the house because I had to work, they texted me pictures throughout the process before, during and after. Beautiful job! Cleaned up, even hosed down the roof. They diagnosed a potential dangerous situation with a blockage of the flue for our furnace and corrected it the same day as an emergency service. We are very greatful for their help.

Patrick did a great job of flue sweeping, and the price is so good for cleaning inspection! I hope they will keep the very beginning in mind!

We spent over $5,000 with them to repair our chimney. Not only does the house fill with smoke if we try to use it, they wanted an additonal $5000 to fix the problelm that they created! We have gotten estimates from other professionals to repair the damage they did and it will cost between $9,000 - $25,000.The work was done improperly and they damaged our liner. In the end the issue was resolved.

Fantastic experience. Chris and Chris did extensive work on two chimneys. They approached a number of issues with great thought and expertise.(spalling chimney, re-lining chimney, bats in chimney, repointing brick, adding caps, repairing crowns etc. They worked hard in some very hot weather. I will be recommending to family and friends.
