Shamrock Chimney

They basically stole my money. My chimney was leaking, Shamrock C C, Inc. came, an estimate was given to install new cap and seal bricks, they came, did something on the roof, and said everything was done. The chimney was still leaking, I went up on the roof and noticed the old flashing was only paint over, the cap was not wide enough so to make it fit they broke a pipe to sit cap on top and damaged concrete. I complained to them again, they want to replace the cap and fix everything but they want to charge me again for that job and now they say they will not return my calls. I do not trust that the contractor will be able to fix it.

The repairman came back today and added some more silicone to the flashing, and for the work done, it is very overpriced. $250 to add silicone to the flashing is very overpriced. I see no need for this price, as it should have been part of the repainting fee.

Very easy to work with plan and understand the scope of what was wanted price was honest and fair work was performed efficiently and cleaned up after leaving the work area cleaner than how they found it. The work performed was photographed and verbally verified by the actual employee doing the work.

Chimney repoint new cap and weather sealer, did a really nice job and left it cleaner than they found it great price confident employees who were not pushy and knew their job looks great canâ t say enough about how easy and fair the process was

I had several companies come out to give estimates. Shamrock was not the cheapest was closer to the highest however they were extremely professional, took the time to show me pictures and explain my different options. Very very knowledgeable and clarified any questions I had. The work was done efficiently and neatly and I would hire them for further work. We should have been cheaper but satisfied with the work

The technicians were polite, thorough, knowledgeable and stayed until the work was completed even after we ran into some unexpected issues. The men were very clean and patient as we discussed how they were going to reinforce the base of our chimney even though it was late in the evening when they encountered the problem.

Had another company come the day before and wanted to change the price they quoted, Shamrock was very professional, checked my fireplace from top to bottom , did not try to oversell , they cleaned the fireplace, and not really sure how far up they went into the chimney, but happy with the inspection they gave
