Lost electricity during hurricane Irene in 2011 so my sump pump couldn't run. I had about an inch of water all over my finished basement. Contacted them as advised by my insurance carrier. They came and pumped out the water, ripped out my ruined carpet, pulled trim, put lots of fans and dehumidifers down and sprayed the concrete floor with an anti microbial spray. They did accidentally break a glass lamp shade and offered to take it off my bill but it was truly just an accident so I didn't mind. They then came back a few days later with some extra fans and dehumidifers to help further. I had to call them to ask that they come take he stuff so I wasn't charged more than their estimate and they promptly came and took their equipment. The final bill was right where they quoted me and luckily no mold started growing at all since they did a great job drying out the space. Would use again but hopefully will never have to!
