New Creation Tile & Marble

We are extremely happy that we hired New Creation Tile & Marble to install our kitchen backsplash. John and his crew were excellent. When John came over to give us the estimate, he also measured the wall and told us how many boxes of 3"x6" subway tile and how many 12" pencil tiles for the edging that we would need to order to complete this project. On the day of the installation, they were very punctual in their arrival. Before starting John explained a couple of options that we had available to ensure that the final look would be just as we had envisioned. In addition to installing the backsplash, they did an excellent job removing and replacing a chipped 12"x12" floor tile that was in our mudroom. Prior to leaving, John informed us of the best procedure for applying the sealer once the tile adhesive had dried. I have received numerous compliments on our backsplash and on the perfection of its installation. In closing, we highly recommend New Creation Tile & Marble for professional tile installation at a very reasonable price.

I had a great experience with John and New Creation Tile & Marble. It is evident that John takes a lot of pride in his work and he is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He did the tile work for a gut renovation of an old bathroom on strict deadline and he nailed it. He was honest and upfront about all cost and timing at the onset and he executed his work at a very high level. I would definitely hire John/ New Creation again and I will be recommending him to others I know.

John and his crew were great! They got back to us within an hour after we requested a quote through Angie's List. They came promptly to give an estimate and set a start date within a week. They arrived promptly each day and didn't leave until that day's portion of the project was complete. We have an older home which had an uneven floor. They went to great lengths to make sure they installed the new flooring perfectly level. They didn't mind that we had already purchased the tiles and grout ahead of time. John expertly cut the tiles to fit all the tight spaces. They made sure to do the complete floor including under all the appliances and the floor of our pantry. The final product looks fantastic!!! John and crew were always very professional and courteous. They were great about cleaning up and protecting the rest of our home during installation. Would definitely hire them again and recommend to our friends!!!!

Excellent! John and his partner are very nice and did a really fantastic job! Very pleased with the quality of the work performed! John is very meticulous with the measurements, cutting and fitting of the tile! I am very happy with the work performed! The areas where he worked were spotless when he was finished. He did a spectacular job! Felt very confident to have had him work with some expensive tile material and very pleased with the results!

We would give 10+ stars if we could. New Creation Tile and Marble John Sarmiento exceeded on all levels our expectations. Please do yourself a big favor and stop comparing quotes and other companies we did the homework for you. John Sarmiento is one of the best we ever came across. I am a local realtor and came across many trades people but never like John Sarmiento. His knowledge and his pride in his work is exceptional. He is very meticulous and precise. He would not stop till he knows the job is perfect!!!

Outstanding! John Sarmiento and his crew at New Creation did a wonderful job in re-tiling our bathrooms, including a new floor, new shower walls and flooring, and re-grouting wall tile. His results were remarkable, transformative--at the level of a true craftsman. But then John is a professional Tiler, and that’s reflected not only in the level of aesthetic detail, but also in the materials he recommends to ensure the job will last without issues, likely for the life of the home. If that wasn’t enough, John and his crew are gentlemen—friendly, polite, and respectful of the home they work in, laying down mats from the entrance to the work area so as not to harm anything in the course of their work. And they completed the work quickly, all within a week, and at a very fair price, as agreed upon in advance. We were so impressed with his work and price that we’ve decided to hire him back for additional tiling in one of the bathrooms. I’ve attached pictures, but they don’t do justice to the quality of the work. Hire this man!

We are very happy with the final results! John and his assistance were very professional, they came on time and clean up each day before they leave. There were no inconvenience to us at all! The job was completed as scheduled!

John is thoroughly knowledgeable and professional, willing to consider even a small job, and both helpful with problem solving and design in the initial phase, and meticulous in his performance of the work, which turned out beautifully. We were very pleased with the outcome. The price was very fair. John is also a gentleman and it was a pleasure having him do the work in our master bath.

John was very prompt in his response to our request and came out the next day for an estimate. From the moment we met him, we knew he was the right choice. He took his time to carefully measure and explain what his thoughts were. He also asked us questions that previous installers didn't and that right there showed us how conscientious he is. We hired him and couldn't be happier. He made several suggestions and enhanced the over all look of the room. He has gone above and beyond to work with us and around the problems that arose from the tile company we used. He even went and chose a granite piece for my laundry to match the tile because I didn't know I needed it and it is beautiful! Every day that he worked, he made sure to take care of my new hard wood floors that just went in and covered his entire work area. He even vacuumed the stairs before he left each day!! I would definitely recommend John for any job that you may have. I will definitely call him again when the need arises! He is a very kind, responsible and punctual tile expert. Again, I would highly recommend him for any job !

His work is impeccable. He is a truly an artist! Our house is a 1930 home and we installed new tile in all bathrooms and kitchen. There were challenges with uneven walls, floors, and tile layout. His ideas and workmanship are beautiful!

It looks absolutely amazing now! We highly recommend John. He is very responsive. He was always on time and had a positive attitude. He had to raise the floors to make it level and that meant we had to trim the height of all the doors in the bathroom to clear the new floor - this was not his fault, but we only found out later that the doors would no longer fit. We also had a slight issue where one of his team members did not properly dispose of waste water, but John took care of it and never had the problem again.

New Creation Tile & Marble was a great choice for our tiling needs. John was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to get the job done. He responded quickly to my request and completed the job in one day. The work that he did was flawless and we would consider him for any additional work for years to come.

The installer, John was very professional he worked around our convenient times and was very flexible with his schedule in order to complete the job. He was given a deadline of two weeks and had no problem completing the job in that deadline. He was very responsible and worked very clean. He did an excellent job, was always communicating with the supervisor regarding the updates of the job. He was overall a responsible, professional person.
