Generally good experience. They were prompt, and the job was executed on schedule. Relatively good clean-up, though I have found a few nails from time to time. Left a noticeable bunch/bulge in a shingle right over the garage, in very plain sight. I pointed this out, and was told it would relax on its own in short order. Later called back to say it hadn't, and never received any follow-up. I don't regard it as a huge issue, or I would have kept after them. Last year, we had water damage above the eves, where I thought they were supposed to put special underlayment to prevent the problem. So much for guarantees.

From the beginning when I was seeking information and prices, MJT was the most professional and helpful. Their price was excellent which is why I decided to have them install the new replacement windows also. The installation team was excellent -- knowledgeable, punctual, professional, friendly and neat. The only frustration I had was with the management who, I believe are overwhelmed with work. At times they made me feel like I was "bothering" them. In the end, however, the job was beautifully completed and we're extremely happy with the result. I would recommend MJT without reservations and will certainly go back to them for other services.

Initial contact and estimates from the company went very well. While estimate was not the lowest, the company representative was very knowledgable and his presentation and information packet added to the confidence we had in the company based on customer reference calls we had made. The MJT crew was on site first thing in the morning along with a dumpster to remove old materials. Every member of the crew introduced themselves - nice touch. New materials had been delivered the day before. Work began immediately and old roofing materials were removed, several sheets of old rotted decking were replaced, ice & water material was used on lower slopes and edges as agreed. Reshingling was completed by the end of the first day. Flashing was finished the following day. Area was cleaned up and any remaining scraps of old materials were picked up and removed. Dumpster was removed the following business day.

We were using them for the first time. They were nice. They explained everything well. The quote was for about $7500. Our overall experience was very good. We liked the company. They will be coming out to do the work.

After getting numerous estimates I decided to go with MJT to replace my roof. The most important thing to me when researching roofers was that I find someone that does quality work without cutting corners and gets the job right the first time. MJT did not disappoint. They seemed to be the most highly organized, knowledgeable, and trustworthy out of all the companies I dealt with. MJT are true professionals. They are a "Master Elite" installer, which basically means that they are the best of the best. Also, Master Elite installers can offer a better warranty than most. From start to end, I was kept informed on the progress of my job. They coordinated with me when/where materials were to be dropped off and when the work was scheduled to begin. The installation itself went smoothly and my new roof and skylights look gorgeous! I was impressed that they were able to do the entire job in one day! There were a few minor issues that I didn't anticipate and Carl, the salesman, was responsive and addressed my issues immediately and satisfactorily. Overall, I was confident in my decision when I first decided to go with MJT and they lived up to their reputation of being an excellent roofer.

I contacted them for a free estimate and determined that they were too expensive for me to use them. Everything went well. I contacted two or three companies from Angie's List. Everything went fine but it was not in my budget. I could only do what I could afford but their service was great. I got three estimates and all of them were above $11000. I thought that they were very professional. They were on time which was important to me. I met with them during the extremely heat waves and it was very hot. They were good with their presentation. The numbers that they gave me was reasonable but I could not afford it. I thought that they were very good and I had no complaints about them. I doubt if I would use them again because I am not looking at doing the work because it is a rental property and my intent is to fix it so that I can sell it. I am not going to put the siding on the house to the part where I will not get the money back. I am having siding done on my permanent residence now and I am confident that I will probably not be needing them. However, I will recommend them to somebody else.

We were very pleased. Job was done on schedule over 2.5 days, with great attention to details. Clean-up during the job and after was very meticulous. The firm listened to our issues with the prior roof connection between the garage and house, and came up with a very good solution for some leakage problems with the old roof. They also helped us hook up proper venting for three different bathroom fans through the roof and added an attic fan to alleviate heat and humidity in the attic. The salesman when out of his way to help us pick a roof color by holding large samples out a bedroom window, so it could be visible by us standing on the front lawn.

Started right on time...and worked in the rain putting up tarps inbetween downpours. The crew was excellent, fast and efficient. The supervisor of the crew was polite and curtious and friendly. Managers came from time to time to check in to see how things were going. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. My rose bushes and flowers were covered and a "shoot" was provided to slide old roof materials off the roof. Clean up was great and a dumpster was provided. Not one little bit was left behind....they were sure to check the yard for old roof shingles...and left it spotless. This is a great company with great customer service! My house looks new again! I will hire them again next year for siding....FOR SURE!

After providing the information on the home I was informed that free estimates are only given to home owners. Future home owners need to pay $250 for the estimate (which can be applied toward the contract if they do the work). I'm assuming business is good enough for them to do this as I've received free quotes from every other company I have asked.

Completed job as contracted on time. Took one day. Looking for a letter from MJT confirming they will install free gutters at a later date. Looking for a report from the shingle manufacturer certifying that job was properly completed.

Was not hired--bid to high. Rresponse & professionalism good.

This company was a pleasure to work with, starting with Scott the salesman, to Britt, who oversaw the work on our house and to Mike and his crew who stripped the house and put up the new siding. They were polite, responsive and worked incredibly hard from the moment they stepped foot on our property until the day was over. They picked up their work apparatus and cleaned the site of debris everyday. It was definitely a positive experience over all. We had many questions about the process before we started and Scott and Britt patiently answered them all. At the end of it all, we had a window that leaked and Britt and Mike quickly came out to assess the problem and fixed it. House looks beautiful - we've had many compliments. Based on our experience, we would have no problem recommending this company. Additional note - we had an estimate from a competitor of MJT that was almost twice as much as what we paid.

I was very pleased with the quality of work, professional staff, punctuality, and follow-up after the work was complete to ensure I was completely satisfied. I have recommended MJT to friends and co-workers and will use them again in the future.

The work done by MJT Enterprises LLC Company was good. The owner was pretty thorough with his estimates. I was impressed with him. I don?t remember the actual price I paid; it was under a $1000; may be around $650. He told us that the best way to get it done would be part by part because I couldn?t afford replacing the entire roof at a go. He gave an option of getting the work done in an optimal yet cheaper way. I thought that he was a little bit pricier but I got what I paid for. The work has held up good so far. They were punctual, professional and responsive. I would probably consider them in the future depending on their price.

They were extremely quick and showed up right away, but they are a little expensive.

I think they did really well and they definitely worked with us on pricing and on payment options. We're up in Connecticut and just experienced heavy snow, and we've had no problems. It looks like there was never a chimney even there from when they removed it.

They did great. I called and left a voicemail in regards to an estimate. I had to call them a second time but I think a lot of people had the same thing. They called the next day and repaired the roof the following Monday. They noticed the siding and had someone that could repair that at a reasonable price. They came when they said but they didn't call me back.

I would definitely hire this firm again. I plan on replacing windows next year and would first consider MJT Enterprises. They came on time, did the all work in professional manner, and thoroughly cleaned up. They always were polite and anwered all questions and addressed my concerns. They even cleaned the outside and inside class of the skylight to eliminate finger and hand prints and dirt and dust that adhered to the class during shipping and/or installation.

the experience was fabulous. i particularly appreciated anthony g, my exterior consultant and his approach to making it possible for me to have what i wanted which is a replica of the shake siding i had. all his considerations bore my wishes in mind....even as to color , wherein he helped me find the nearest possible to what i desired. Britt H. was my project mgr, very knowledgeable and professional he kept me up to date promptly on all progress, decisions and welcomed questions graciously. The installation team was very focused and efficient.....no lallygagging on this job!!! the house looks great!!!!

It was excellent, but the whole job ended up being more than what we could afford so we had to push it off until next year.

The price they quoted me $8500. They were pretty skeptical and one thing I did not like was them wanting me to sign the contract without having a start date. You would have to sign the contract and after that they would tell you the start date and that was not helpful.

This employee educated me about skylights. I learned a lot. During the Spring of next year, I plan on replacing the current skylight with an more efficient one and solve an annoying chronic condensation problem, which has been getting worse. I am confident that Turner Enterprises will do an excellent job, when they recommend a replacement, install it and respond to any problem (if any) that may arise over time. Advise me what he recommended, did the work effectively and. efficiently. I would recommend this firm.

THE ROOF THAT THEY HAD REPLACED WAS OLD AND IT LEAKED A LOT. WHEN THEY REPLACED IT, I GOT A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON HOW BEAUTIFUL THE NEW ONE LOOKED. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE AS WELL.

THEY ARE VERY HARD WORKERS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THIS COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU GOOD QUALITY WITH GREAT PRICES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
